Ready for some Idle time? Come let the the breeze put your mind at ease! Located at the most beautiful part of Tybee Island the South end where the sandbar meets the back river. This newly listed condo is 200 steps from beach! Conveniently located with walking distance of shops, restaurants and the pier. Idle time is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo so cute and beachy!

Large living room area with sofa and loveseat and television. Dining room and also bar seating off completely remodeled kitchen. Guest bathroom and laundry facilities in hall. Roomy Guest room with Queen bed and television. A

Large Master bedroom with lovely King bed, television and ensuite bathroom. Nice front porch to enjoy the salt air!

This condo is a treasure! Quick walk to the water. Condo has everything you could need. All the outdoor games, chairs, etc ready for your vacation. Very walkable.

Full five stars! Clean, comfortable and quiet with a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Melissa is an excellent manager and so very pleasant to work with. There were two of us, best buddies for decades. We leave families at home for time together, have done this for many years at many locations. This was the best all the way around. We love Tybee and this condo. Decided no more traveling to other locations where accommodations and sightseeing didn't meet expectations. Tybee and this condo will be our yearly destination from here on.

This condo was perfect for our week. It was located just steps from the beach and in walking distance to everything you needed. It had all the amenities you need and it was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The condo was lovely, clean and well equipped. We really didn’t need to bring anything other than ourselves. The view was disappointing because we were on the bottom level and facing the alleyway. However, the walk to the beach was just a few minutes so it was an excellent location. We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at Melissa's condo. The space was clean and well-provisioned, with plenty of towels and paper products. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook your meals if you choose to do so, and there is a well-stocked convenience store just Up the street for supplies. The building is located just over a block from the pier, meaning there are plenty of restaurant options very close by as well, Tybee's South Beach is just at the end of the street, and the unit has two dedicated parking spaces, which are gold in Tybee. The condo was quiet and peaceful, as well as very spacious.Melissa provided great communication and access, even though she was dealing with a family emergency during our stay. We wanted for nothing. We will definitely look for this place the next time we travel to Tybee!

This is in a great location to the beach. We traveled with our 1 year old son, we brought all his own gear, which was good. As described the house doesn't have stuff for a kid that young. Kitchen had all the things you need to cook there. House does have beach towels as well as some chairs and what not, which is amazing. Host is great we didn't need her during the trip but was very helpful before we got there. And check out is easy, do your dishes, start a load of laundry, and remove your garbage. Which is amazing compared to some places!

The location was great! Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed renting bikes and riding to the Tybee Island lighthouse. The property and Tybee Island have a wonderful proximity to Savannah for sight seeing with a 30-40 minutes drive.

We were so impressed with how bright, clean, and relaxing we found the property. Dedicated parking below the unit made staying on Tybee easy. We were so close to the beach with our choice of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Melissa was so easy to communicate with, although we didn't have any problems at all, so we didn't have to call on her. Unit is on a quiet alley street, which was nice for us and meant nights were quiet and peaceful. Lots of games, books, and beach stuff provided, as well as a a kitchen full of everything we needed. We'd love to stay there again!

The apartment is just steps away from the beach and immaculate. We found everything we could need in the kitchen and enjoyed the porch in the evening.
