Ocean Views from this South Beach oasis, just a few steps to Tybee Island Pier, Marine Science Center, shops, pubs and restaurants...! Relax and watch the waves crash from this top floor airy and bright condo. Enjoy 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths, each with comfy queen beds. Beautifully decorated home with queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv's and kitchen with everything needed for a great get-a-way. Sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in, enjoy the salty air and ocean breeze.

Professionally cleaned, you're on Island time the second you step into this ocean view condo. Bring your flip-flops, shades and bikinis. All bed linens, towels, cookware, soaps and toiletries provided. Tybee's local Grocery Market is 1 mile away. You can walk to all the main attractions from this condo!

You will have full access to the condo! Cable tv, WiFi provided.

South Beach is Tybee Island's most sought after location. Here you can walk to all the local's favorite spots, restaurants, nightlife and pier. Fish off the pier or from the beach, kayak, or just sit and relax.

You can easily walk anywhere from here, ride bikes, rent a golf cart or drive.

Parking is covered and space for 2 vehicles. You do have a reserved space! Plenty of storage for beach chairs, golf cart, beach toys and bicycles.

Great place and great location. No elevator to the third floor but honestly it only felt like a short flight of stairs. I do wish some owners would decorate their places for December with Christmas decor or at least a tree so it feels cozier but that’s just coming from someone who decorates every single room in their home lol. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

It was a perfect location: close to the shops and restaurants, Very close to the walk over to the beach not noisy at night. Great view from the balcony. It was just a good package of everything.

Wonderful stay and location!

Very convenient location! Was in walking distance of shops, restaurants and less than a mile from grocery store…no gulf cart needed this trip! Steps away from the beach and a wonderful view from our balcony. Looking forward to our next stay! Be sure to look for ‘island vacation rentals’ sign on second floor, this was the only way we found the location after circling around the block a few times. Also, tight fit for parking…leave larger vehicles at home if possible.

Absolutely loved this place..Perfect location..just steps from the beach and 1 street over from the bars and restaurants..place was very clean..even supplied beach towelss..bring bug/mosquito spray for the beach..the gnats and noseeums are biters..parking is a bit of a squeeze if you're in a larger SUV..HIGHLY reccomend renting golf cart through host..these carts are street legal and can be driven on Butler Ave...Beds are SUPER firm and could use a soft mattress topper..Will definitely stay again but hopefully on a lower level because the 3 flights of stairs are quite a workout, LoL

My favorite place to stay!

I have stayed here on multiple occasions, and it is always my favorite place to stay. Great view from the balcony of the morning sunrise and dolphins playing in the ocean. Close to Alley 3 on the back river for people who want to kayak. Plus around the corner from restaurants for those who prefer the ocean and sitting outside on a patio.

Not what you expect

I recently had a disappointing experience with our reservation for our original unit which we booked on July 26th. Due to a hurricane in the area, we were informed that we needed to be relocated to another unit due to damage to the original unit. When I reached out for more information, I was told the new unit would be closer to the beach. However, when we checked in, we found that our newly assigned unit was actually two units further from the beach, and the original Unit was occupied by other guests. This raised concerns about the commitment to honoring reservations made in advance. Additionally, our attempts to get clarification via text went unanswered, which added to our frustration. The condition of the new unit was disappointing as well—it fell short of the quality depicted in the photos of the original unit. We encountered several issues, including a refrigerator handle that was falling off, broken deck chairs, and the absence of the deck swing that was part of our original reservation. Overall, I would advise caution when booking, as our experience left much to be desired. We will not be returning in the future to any of the properties managed by this particular management company.

So close to the beach!

We came down to move our daughter in to SCAD for her first year. Great spot close to everything. Lovely sitting outside and seeing the ocean. And only steps away from public beach. Super clean and pretty condo. Will definitely stay again since we will be back here often at least the next four years!

Great place!

We LOVED staying here! The location is great and the condo is SO nice. We could spend hours on the balcony. We only had the tiniest complaints. One being that there was hair in the shower and that the bath towels were extremely tiny. We would definitely stay again.

Anniversary would stay again

We started for our anniversary and the condo was beautiful more then we expected. Be forwarned though there are about 30 steps since it is the top floor. Didnt talk to anyone just the generated messages with instructions. We would book here again

Perfect!

Great condo! Clean, spacious, great for our family. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Only one building from the boardwalk to the beach. Super close to restaurants, shopping, and the pier. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go and leave the car parked at the condo. My only complaint is the parking spots are single file and super tight. If the people to the left of us had two cars, we would not have been able to get in and out. And the ceiling for parking is very low. If you have a tall vehicle, it’s not going to happen. Other than that, which is really not a huge deal, we loved it and will be back!

Overall great place!

The location is great, close to the beach and shops, the condo was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities you need. The two drawbacks is one you have 4 flights of stairs (which you can tell it’s at the top in the pictures) and during our stay one morning, we heard a knock on the door. When we answered it, it was the exterminator wanting to come in and spray, which I totally understand needs to be done, but I feel like management could have done a better job at communicating this with me so that I knew (we were all still in our pjs) to expect someone coming. Otherwise it was a nice trip!

Your added rental items will be waiting for you upon your arrival inside your rental and will be picked up after your departure. If you would like to rent a island golf cart, we will deliver to you at your set time to sign the paper work and give you the keys. You will find our rental prices are less than others on the island as a perk for our guest! Supplies are limited and first come first served.
