Summary:
Welcome to Pedal Inn 1, where you can pedal out to the trail pathway around the corner. Coler is a 5 minute ride & Downtown Bentonville is a 14 minute bike ride. You have this whole house, 1050 square feet of coziness, to yourself plus a ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! 3 bedrooms(king, queen & 2 twin beds), 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps, washer/dryer, patio & privacy fenced backyard. Friendly dogs are welcome with a $20 per night per pet fee. Dogs must be approved before booking. Unregistered pets or guests will be a $500 fee per pet/person.

The Space:
3 bedrooms with 4 total beds, 2 full baths and a garage to store your bikes. Full kitchen.

Great location for visiting Bentonville

We had a great time staying here on our trip to Bentonville. Location is great for access to some of the bike trails and especially the downtown area by the square. Would stay here again.

Great experience in Bentonville

If you’re coming to Southwest Arkansas, this is a great place to stay. Excellent location to amenities in town. Safe neighborhood and beats a hotel.

This is our second stay at the Peddle Inn #1-Trails 2. The home is perfectly located. Our host is always quick to respond to any of our questions before and during our stay.

Great place

I had a great stay at this place provided by Lisa. The check in process was really easy, and the location was excellent, we didn’t have to travel far to get anywhere. Lisa was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This is the second Pedal Inn that we have stayed at. Both have been great! Only feedback was the TV issues we had and we resolved by purchasing two Roku's. One important thing for my partner and based on his recommendation the home needs another coffee maker. Pictures and descriptions were accurate and the home fit our needs perfectly.

Convenient, clean, exactly what we wanted

This location was perfect for us. We could ride to at least one trail system from the house and everything else we needed was in close driving range. The house was set-up great, the neighborhood felt safe and the house. The house was clean and just as the listing stated. Thank you!

Very Comfortable

We stayed here for over a week and appreciated how convenient it was to everything. Yet it is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was great to finally have an air conditioning system that could handle the humidity. All the appliances were in good condition and we especially appreciated the ice maker. Loved the fenced yard for my tiny dog. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable and convenient

Enjoyed our stay. A quite neighborhood, close to Coler Preserve. House included all needed amenities, and the snack basket and coffee was appreciated. Bike garage was helpful with logistics and bike maintenance. Thank you!
