Do you want to stay at the place that offers hotel quality but also home like feeling? Rita is a highly rated host with over 200 5 star reviews. If you looking for superior cleanliness and service this place is for you! Located in the heart of Bellevue downtown yet private and cozy. Close to everything Bellevue has to offer: tech companies hub, restaurants, parks, and night life.
- 5 minute walk to the Bellevue Square Mall
- 5 minute drive to Microsoft Bellevue
- 5 minute drive to Overlake Hospital/Seattle Children’s Bellevue
- 2 minute drive to Amazon Bellevue
- 10 minutes to Google Kirkland
- 15 minutes to downtown Seattle
The Space:
Access: Condo is equipped with a smart lock. New door code will be generated on the day of your arrival.
Kitchen Items: electric stovetop, oven, full-sized refregerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine + French press, turkey coffee pot, and a toaster.
Relocating guests:
Please contact me if you need recommendations about good schools for kids public/private, need recommendation for real estate agent, or if you have any questions about the area.
Guest with cleaning solutions sensitivity or other type of sensitivities:
We try our best to use only natural cleaning solutions (Brand: 7th Generation) that are tough on germs/stains while being safe for humans and kids. If you have allergies/eczema/other sensitivity please contact me if you would like to request HEPA filter/humidifier or if you have other special requests. Most of my cleaning solutions/dishwasher gel/cloth washing liquid are fragrance free.
