Excellent extended stay

We stayed here for two months and it was so great. The house had everything we could need, was in a great location and fit our family of five just fine. Would highly recommend.

Great place - great landlord

The house was terrific, and the neighborhood is very nice. We actually met some of our neighbors and they were very nice to us and even helped us with our deliveries. I would recommend living in this house without reservation.

Cute House

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures—cute and homey. We especially made great use out of the backyard and grill because we travelled with our pets. Stephanie was the perfect host and all of our needs were met.If it’s available you’ll want to rent this one before it gets away.

A great comfortable stay!!

We really enjoyed staying in this property as it had a lot of small extras and was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a quiet location and close to our family who we were visiting. However, if visiting Newport as a tourist you really need a car or be fit and active as it is a long walk to most attractions. However, you can easily park the car in the garage or beside the house which is a bonus. We are so pleased we chose this property to stay in.

My husband and I consider the beaches of Newport our home away from home, and we want our guests to enjoy the town as much as we do. We go above and beyond to make our house a welcoming place for friends and families and are always available to answer questions or offer tips.

The North End is a charming residential part of the island near tennis courts and a large, dog-friendly park. From our house, you can walk to the two best coffee shops in Newport — Simple Merchant or Nitro Coffee Bar — or stroll down to the heart of Broadway to grab brunch at Corner Cafe, drinks at the legendary Fastnet Pub, or a beach read at Charter Books. The area also provides convenient access to the daily shopping of Middletown, access to the bridge to get on or off the island, and, of course, a short drive, bike ride, or jog to the beach.

The house is perfectly suited for beachgoers, complete with a large outdoor shower, plenty of towels, blankets, chairs, and beach toys and games for all the fun in the sun and sand you could hope for.
