Great place, surprisingly spacious!

I thought a little mountain condo would be tight, but it didn’t feel that way! The living room especially feels spacious and was a great place to hang out with a beautiful view. The owners include so many little niceties in addition to the regular toiletries - art supplies, coffee pods, makeup wipes, even fuzzy socks! We went in the off season and the ski slope was a great (and quiet) place to walk and reach some gorgeous views. This place is a real find!

Ski Trip

What an easy and great place to stay. The manager was also very responsive and helped make our stay wonderful. I would recommend this place for ski in/ski out and great place.

Sweeter than Sugar

Cannot wait to stay here again! Every word of the listing is true. Location is pure gold. Owners could not be more accommodating and were quick to reply to every question and need. Well stocked, super comfortable, kitchen has everything you could need. Great selection of books, cards and games. We had a fabulous time here and made some great memories! Highly recommend

Incredible Mountain Getaway!

What an incredible stay! Paul and Morgan are incredible hosts - this place has everything you could need! Super clean, comfy beds, full kitchen, this place has it all! So cozy with an incredible view! And just steps from the slopes, would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place

This place rocked! Lift is 100ft from the condo, you can just ski down and purchase the lift tickets at the bottom, hosts were great & will def stay again!

Fun family trip for Mountain Bike Race

Absolutely love the condo and the hosts!!!! I would highly recommend staying here any time you come for either skiing or mountain biking, or just a nice trip away. We hope to be able to come back again!!

The host was very responsive. The location was perfect. We left some things by mistake after we left and the host shipped them back to us so fast.

Location was perfect, right next to the trail. Kids loved the bunk room and Wii. Owners were super nice and communication top notch. We had an amazing trip, thank you Paul and Morgan!

Happy 80th Grandpa!

What a great place to celebrate Grandpa's 80th birthday so he could ski in/ski out with family for the weekend! The condo was a perfect size for the four of us, in a perfect location and had all the amenities we needed for a great celebration!

our 1st ski in/out experience

Great property- location was amazing & very convenient, especially having kids that vary in ages & interests. It was very convenient for each of us to go back & forth to the condo & allowed everyone to ski/snowboard as much or as little as desired. The location/convenience also kept us from needing to eat in the lodge which saved money & allowed for healthier meals. Paul & Morgan were very responsive from booking through our stay & the condo was well organized & stocked with needed items. We will definitely look to stay here again- our kids agreed it was one of our smoothest ski adventures yet!

We went to Sugar Mountain for a mountain bike race. The accommodations were fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking supplies I needed. I could look out the back deck and watch a section of the race course during the practice. We would love to stay here again! I highly recommend it! Our host was so helpful and kind. They were amazing!!

A charming place with thoughtful amenities

This condo has everything you need: toiletries, facial wipes, washer/dryer, Keurig, king-size bed in the master, cleaning supplies, Clorox wipes, pool towels, etc. The cabinets in the kitchen are labeled so it's easy to find everything. The condo is LESS THAN 100 FEET from the ski lift. Did I mention how clean this place is? It's pristine. Definitely recommend. It's our go-to for weekend getaways in the mountains.

Label me impressed!

Very well-kept place, especially for a ski condo. Check-in easy, beds comfy. I love the labels on all the kitchen cabinets making it a snap to find everything and quite a fully stocked kitchen too I might add. It’s a very clean and buttoned up rental; the owner’s pretty much think of everything you might need. The trail is literally a 30 second walk away. The back deck affords decent views of the trail. I would recommend.

A MUST STAY!

They thought of everything! Right down to extra pool towels and toiletries if you forgot any. Everything was clearly labeled, and they had some secret hidden jokes that we enjoyed. The porch was calm, quiet and amazing day or night. We spent hours just sitting and enjoying the view. There was plenty of space for all our things and it was so easy to cook and bake with everything neatly labeled. It was also super close to the grocery store. By far, my favorite place I’ve stayed in the mountains. It’s also the perfect setup for ski season. I can’t wait to go back ❤️

The perfect summer mountain vacation

Our family's stay at APPres-Ski was one to remember for sure. The property is located on top of Sugar Mountain, only feet away from Oma's Meadow and Sugar Slalom slopes. Although there is no snow in the summer, it is still gorgeous and it feels special to be so close to the ski lifts. There were mountain bike trials just under our balcony. We enjoyed seeing the young men and women make their way through it while having the tasty coffee provided by APPres-Ski and breathing the fresh, cool mountain air in the morning. This cozy condo had everything we needed, and so much more. This place is perfect for home bodies and active visitors alike. If we were not relaxing inside on the comfortable furniture watching a wide range of TV options; we were cooking, playing board games, or just enjoying the awesome views from the balcony. At some points, all of that was happening at once. When you are ready to be out and about, the condo is within 10-25 minutes of many worthwhile experiences. Our children and adult company visited the clubhouse when on-site and took full advantage of the features. Big pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness gym, and multi-purpose room. If you're a social person like I, you will meet wonderful people, if you want to stay to yourself, this community is quiet, respectful, and can provide a privite experience as well. All in all, you wont find a better place to escape the heat in the summer.
