シュガーマウンテンに位置しています。 斜面サイド2階建てのコンドミニアム。 スキーオン/スキーオフ。 ゲレンデ、エレベーター、チケット売り場、スキーラウンジまで歩いて行けます。 開放的で広々としたフロアプランで全面改装済み。 バルコニーから直接Grandfather山の素晴らしい景色を望むアーチ型の天井。 静かな渓流とともに、下のスキー場を一望できます。 3ベッドルーム、3浴室。 （2階のBRには2台のフルベッドがあり、2階のBRにはキングベッドがあります）。 10席の台所農場で8人が寝る。 全室テレビ、WiFi、洗濯機と乾燥機、屋外グリルエリア。 喫煙禁止。 家ではありません - 子供を保護する必要はありません。

あなたがスキーをするためにシュガーに滞在しているならば、あなたは斜面、リフト、チケット売り場とスキーラウンジまで歩いて行ける距離にいるでしょう。 他にやることを探したり、外出したりするのでなければ、どこにでも運転する必要はありません。 ビーチマウンテンはシュガーから車で約20分です。 そこからブーンまで車で20分、ブローイングロックまで約30分です。 Grandfather Mountainの入り口は車で約10分です。

You can’t beat the location. The slopes are right behind the condos. Great storage hallway for skis and nice accommodations.

We have stayed at almost all of the ski-in/ski-out locations in Sugar, and this was by far our favorite. Access to the slopes was incredibly easy, making ski days seamless. The condo was warm, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus beautiful views of the slopes. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus. The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My family and I had the best time! We are beginner skiers/snowborders so it was nice to have the ability to walk back and forth from the slopes to take a break. The house was super clean! I’m really picky and am hard to please when it comes to cleanliness so this was great! The host was very responsive and informative. Icing on the cake was the view of grandfather mountain in the background AND the New Years firework display right from our balcony. We’ll be back for sure!

We just had the best pre-vacation with Jennifer’s condo. It was my wife and I with our five boys and cousin. My wife is a travel advisor but I’m the skier so organized all of the logistics for a ski weekend in Sugar and she hasn’t stopped talking about how good a job I did dining this place. The location and convenience to the slopes, the spacious, functional, and cleanliness of the condo was perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough. As well, Jennifer’s responsiveness to questions on the VRBO messaging app was near real time. I was so impressed with her processionalism and timeliness for support.

Great stay

We had a great stay! Very convenient location. Pretty accessible by car. The parking lot is small but we were able to park on the side. Loved the property and the host was very helpful with check in. Definitely recommend!

Excellent way to ring in the New Year!

Great location right on the slopes with a perfect view of the Sugar mountain firework show on New Year’s Eve. Plenty of room for the family and grand parents, Cabin was very comfortable.

Amazing location, right on the slopes. Ski on/off. The condo is cozy and comfy. Perfect place for a get away. Our family with 3 kids (7 & under) had a wonderful stay. Lots to do nearby. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 5 with the kids ranging from 11-18. Right by the slopes so we could all go out as we pleased and the older kids could ski at night. Very clean, owner very responsive to any questions. Perfect few days away to reconnect.

Weekend, family ski trip

We had a great stay! Condo was perfect for our family of five including children aged 1, 4, and 7, as well as the kids’ grandmother. Everything was just as pictured/described. Very easy access to Sugar Mountain resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!!!

This place was awesome. The view is great. Location is great. The condo is amazing. Everything is updated. The beds are comfortable. The gas fireplace wasn’t working and Jennifer had somebody over the next day to look at it. Very tentative and we will certainly stay there every time we visit sugar from now on.

Amazing location next to easy street lift!

Great property! Amazing location. My son and I would ski the green slope and walk to the cabin for lunch and a break and walk back. Thanks bunches to the owner for sharing! We will definitely be back!

Worth Every Penny

My spouse and kids had a great time walking back and forth from the slopes. I enjoyed the condo heat and views while they were boarding. My kids and husband say it was the best trip we had and we contribute that to the condo location.

The condo was spotless, comfortable and updated. Short walk to the slopes with a beautiful view from the balcony and kitchen window. I contacted the owners a couple times with questions during my stay and their response was prompt. Thank you for helping us create some great family memories.

Can't Beat the Location

This was our third year coming to Sugar Mountain, but the first time staying Bee Branch. Even though the other places we stayed were close by, there was nothing better than being able to ski to the slopes or walk to buy tickets. It was also great to be able to come back to the condo for lunch, rest, etc. The condo is a standard rental on Sugar Mountain. The inside has been updated, its clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is what makes the property a 5-star place to stay.

Rough end to a great trip.

Location is great and condo is nice. We are accustomed, however, to having a kitchen and bathrooms with more of the needed supplies (bar of soap, blender, large pots/pans, clean baking sheet). With that said, assuming a stay at this condo is all about the skiing and Sugar Mountain activities, you will be happy with the location and likely not care about the kitchen supplies or cleanliness of the pans etc. Unfortunately, a great trip is having a rough conclusion as the owner improperly added charges for additional guests who were visitors without any initial communication followed by multiple unpleasant messages. VRBO customer service has been helpful so far, but given that the issue just arose and dispute just opened, will need to update once the situation is resolved. Been a long time VRBO guest and never had this happen before with an owner so this is unpleasant new territory.

-Our condo is spacious while providing a warm and cozy feeling. The balcony is nestled amongst the trees with a stream running below making for a very relaxing, tranquil sitting area. You can watch your family/friends skiing/snowboarding right below on the slopes or sit back with views of Grandfather mountain. -As a safety feature, we do have a ring doorbell in the common hall monitoring traffic coming in and out. -Parking is available right outside on a first come first serve basis (no assigned parking spots). -We have a common hall area for ski/snowboard equipment storage. -Grilling area with a picnic table and play area for children outside.
