Welcome to your comfortable home away from home while you visit our wonderful city. This is a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to many San Antonio destinations. It’s just 3.5 miles to Lackland Air Force Base. Sea World, Riverwalk, The Alamo, Fiesta and more are all easy to get to from here. There’s also a Walmart in the neighborhood so you can easily grab any items you may have forgotten at home. The house has smart tvs in all bedrooms along with the living room and loft. There is a community pool close by open June-October, Tuesday-Sunday 5 am till 9 pm. The pool is not owned or controlled by the host and is subject to closures for maintenance. No refunds for pool closures but guests are more than welcome to make use when it’s open.

Great location and very convenient, especially for access to the base. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and quick to address any questions or issues that came up, which we really appreciated.The home worked for what we needed, and we were grateful for the stay. I’d just recommend double-checking amenities and details ahead of time to make sure it’s the right fit for your group.Overall, we had a great experience with Justin and truly appreciated his communication and hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay it was perfect location near Lackland base. Recommend staying here if you have a loved one in BMT. The host Justin was very quick to respond with any questions I had.

Thanks for the review Bethany! It gets shampooed regularly but winter rains tend to be an issue. I had it redone earlier than scheduled based on this so I appreciate the info and am glad you liked it overall.

Perfect Home

We were all impressed by this fantastic home. The neighborhood is quiet and it is close to the main attractions in San Antonio. One of the nicest VRBOs I have ever rented. Highly recommended

Host was very communicative. However, we experienced a few issues, including only one towel per person for a 3 day stay. There were only 6 washcloths and 6 forks for 11 people, one dishcloth for three days for dishes there were no dish towels, except paper towels were provided and only 3 trash bags for the kitchen, the rest were only 4 gallon bags. We planned for a propane grill, per the listing description and pictures, and ended up with a barbecue grill, which wasn’t a big deal accepted it affected the time it takes to cook the food for our larger group. Also, the pool was closed, which we didn’t see until later after asking about it that it was only open May through September; I took a bit to find that in the details of the listing (would be it that was included in the description of amenities). For the cost per night, I would’ve expected more supplies, especially since we clarified with the host ahead of time that everything would be sufficient for the size of our group.

Thank you for the review and feedback. The washcloth and fork issues are definitely not what they should have been. The house should have had more and this has been rectified with the cleaning crew. For things like trash bags I provide an initial supply but for guests needing more that is at their expense. The bbq was a mistake that the old one was still showing, it was left in bad condition so a new charcoal model was put in place of it. I’m sorry for not correcting that sooner. The pool is a community pool and I have no control of it. It’s provided as an option to guests if it’s open but no guarantees are made and the home price doesn’t take it into account. As for the pricing, I made certain choices in how it’s set up to keep costs low for guests. If I provide more supplies, I have to charge more, even if a guest doesn’t need them. That said, I always take guest feedback into account for updates and this helps me a lot in improving things. Thank you again.

Great house for base access

House was very close to the base and easy to get too. House was great and big enough for our 11 people and more! Had no problems staying here. I would recommend tto anyone!

My daughter graduated from BMT, Justin was amazing! He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. The house was perfectly located near the base, big enough for all 8 of us, and extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Roomy house

Very nice house with spacious rooms, perfect for our group going to BMT graduation. Close to the River Walk and Sea World. Very close to Lackland AFB. Host, Justin, came to reset the TVs we couldn’t figure out. Very responsive and nice to talk to. Receptive to a few suggestions. We would definitely stay again.

BMT Graduation

This property was perfect for our trip!!!! We had 10 people from 3 states. The rooms were clean and neat, the kitchen had all the items you need to cook meals. The property owner was very attentive with very small issue(tv remote). Rooms are spacious, closets are huge, kitchen is large, we all had plenty of room. I highly recommend this property!

Nice sized house with plenty of rooms and beds. Easy check-in process and close to the military base. The house is in need of care, specifically the bathrooms. The upstairs shower had water back-up and the toilet made a piercing noise while filling up. Otherwise a pleasant home.

Great central location

We stayed for 4 days and it was very accessible to all attractions in San Antonio. The only issue we had was there were no bath mats or some kind of nonslip mat in the tubs, which were extremely slick when showering. We had one adult fall and get hurt as well as a child that fell and busted their chin open. We were also told there was a community pool and found out it was not in working condition after we arrived. Otherwise a great place to stay!!!!

Huge house

The house was huge! Big enough to sleep 13 different people. From my 2 and 3 year old. All the way up to my parents and siblings with their spouses. Only tiny complaint was this was our first house not equipt with a variety of pots and pans to cook food at the house. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Overall wonderful place to stay

Great SeaWorld trip

The house was a great size for our group- two families, friends, and a boatload of kids. There were not a lot of serving pieces and the pots/pans weren’t huge for the group- so you might have to plan accordingly. We used paper plates and plastic silverware as much as we could. Location to Seaworld was perfect. Left the house and 20 minutes later we were walking into the park. Walmart is super close, HEB isn’t too far away either. It was fantastic to have a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was nice enough for walking around. Would stay again.

Very close to Lackland, helps with a short ride to the early AM Graduation Ceremonies.

The Base, grocery shopping, restaurants are close by and settled within a nice and quiet neighborhood. The home is roomy enough for family members to have their own space when needed and family room and kitchen big enough for 14 adults to gather and socialize. We had a great time. Only request is for mirrors in each room upstairs as there is only one bathroom upstairs with 4 bedrooms and the carpet could use a good cleaning to remove spill marks. It is not dirty, just a lot of carpet spill marks. Again, we had a great time at the house. Thanks Justin.

BMT Graduation

Communication with owner was great. He responded very quickly and was transparent regarding an issue with the bathroom in the master bedroom. The listing was accurate and the house was as described. The house is very convenient to local restaurants and Walmart is a three minute drive from the house. I loved that it was convenient to Lackland AFB.This house is great for large groups. Everyone was comfortable. My only complaint was the shower liner in the upstairs bathroom. It was filthy and needs to be changed. Everything else was good. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing quick meals.

My house was set up to maximize comfort at a reasonable price. It lists 8 beds and those are all real beds, no air mattresses or couches used as part of that. The living room and loft let you have 2 groups doing their own thing or letting the kids have their own area to play. Plus a spacious back yard with outdoor seating, table, and bbq.

この宿泊施設の特徴

An upgraded a/c that was added to handle large groups in the house even in the Texas summer. It might not sound like a big deal, but after hearing of other houses in the area unable to get below 78 degrees in the summer with a full house, I made sure mine won't have that problem.
