Enjoy the convenience of our centrally located home, perfect for families wanting to experience all that the city has to offer. Situated just steps from SeaWorld and only 13 minutes from Lackland AFB, this spacious home offers a large, covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and ample seating for a relaxing stay.

Our home is ideally located: 2.5 miles from SeaWorld, the new VA clinic and the Hyatt Hill Country Resort, 7 miles (or a 15-minute drive) from the National Shooting Complex, 8 miles (or a 14-minute drive) from the Lackland AFB parade field, 18 minutes to La Cantera Mall, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and The Rim, and 20 minutes to both downtown San Antonio and San Antonio International Airport.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or a quiet space for remote work, this roomy 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat provides everything you need. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas flow seamlessly into the large, covered patio, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is perfect for grilling, with charcoal, gas, and flat grills available for your use.

You can sip your favorite beverage on the front porch or under the covered backyard patio. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious, ideal for preparing meals, or you can take advantage of the outdoor grilling area. You'll also have access to the gated community pool (open from mid-March through mid-October, closed on Mondays for maintenance).

Bedroom Features:

- Master Bedroom: Spacious with a queen bed, dresser with mirror, walk-in closet, 40-inch smart TV, luggage rack and en-suite bathroom.

- Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, chest of drawers, 32-inch smart TV, luggage rack and closet.

- Guest Bedroom: Full-sized bed, dresser with mirror, luggage rack and closet.

- Guest Bedroom: Twin-sized sleigh bed, closet, and small desk with a chair.

Living Room: The open living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a sofa, loveseat, recliner, and two bar stools. Enjoy movies or the big game on the 70-inch smart TV or have some fun with the arcade-style gaming system offering PacMan, Galaga, and more.

All TVs are equipped with Spectrum's standard cable.

Kitchen & Amenities: The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker that brews up to 12 cups or a single serving. We provide a selection of K-cups (feel free to bring your own), as well as French vanilla, hazelnut, and regular creamer cups for your enjoyment.

Parking: The home offers a driveway with space for up to four vehicles.

Come experience comfort and convenience at our home, where you'll be close to the city's best attractions while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

The house was in a nice neighborhood. House very clean. The house was very close to SeaWorld...our main vacation destination. One of the biggest things to mention was how friendly and attentive our host was. He quickly replied to all messages and requests I sent him. He was very willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The location is located minutes from Sea World, restaurants, and other conveniences. The neighborhood is so quiet and anytime I saw a neighbor they said hello and were friendly. The house has everything you will need and more for traveling with kids and a family. We had not one single issue and the owner checked on us frequently! If you're going to San Antonio or Sea World, you must stay here!

We stayed atthe Texas Two Step property for our sons BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. The property was very clean, had excellent amenities, was a short drive to the AFB, and the owner was great with communication. Check out was list was the shortest of any property I've stayed at so far! I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place in this area.

Vacation to visit family

Excellent house, one of the best I have stayed in while traveling. Lots of space and amenities, backyard is excellent for grilling for get together. Also great location for the parks, about 20 mins to downtown.

The only complaint we had was that there was a problem with the water heater. That’s something that no one can foresee. Unfortunately, for us, it wasn’t able to be fixed until our last day there. We did have warm water just not hot water. The home has games for children of all ages and TVs in all the bedrooms. They were plenty of supplies such as bath towels, garbage liners, dishes, and appliances, etc. The homeowner was great and was in communication with us at regular intervals. We would stay there again.

Hi Rosanna, thank you so much for your feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we are really glad to hear you enjoyed the home, amenities, and communication during your stay. We do want to briefly address the water heater concern. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we worked quickly to schedule a repair. Unfortunately, due to timing and vendor availability, we weren’t able to have it resolved until the earliest possible appointment. We always aim to address any concerns immediately, but in this case, the delay was outside of our control. That said, we’re happy you still had access to warm water and that the rest of your stay was comfortable. We take all feedback seriously and have since ensured everything is fully resolved for future guests. You all were great guests, and we would love to host you again anytime!

Perfect home for family trip to Sea World

Lovely home! Highly recommend for trip to Sea World. Very welcoming and the nice community pool was a relief from the hot sun.
