Stunning luxury, modern home with views for days - wake up to unobstructed views of the Rockies. Enjoy the best of Summit County's mountain life - this modern home is located directly across from the Arapaho Forest. Floor to ceiling windows on the first floor create sweeping views of the majestic Rocky Mountains. Facing east, wake up to the breathtaking sunrise of CO's best.

Built in 2020, this luxury & part of the coveted Summit Sky Ranch community, this 4Br 3.5bath stylish home has the best of everything and is fully fitted with modern finishes and top of the line appliances. The Master bedroom has a king bed and gorgeous views of the mountains. Downstairs bedroom also has a king bedroom with double sink bathroom that is shared with the rec room. Kids room has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk in closet. The final room serves as an office and additional sleeping area with a full bed.

Silverthorne, Colorado, United States Summit Sky Ranch is located just north of Silverthorne town center. We are surrounded by many of the top ski resorts in North America with events and activities for every season. Guests of Summit Sky rental properties have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, and the Aspen House. The Aspen House amenities include, an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a gym wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. Available Hours: Monday 10am - 7pm Tuesday 10am - 7pm Wednesday 10am - 7pm Thursday 10am - 7pm Friday 10am - 6pm Saturday 9am-11am Sunday 5pm - 7pm All guests will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities. **Current guidelines are subject to change per CDC, State and Local Government restrictions. Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, SUPing, kayaking and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.
