This close-knit community features 21 white cottages with your own parking space. You will rest easy knowing your environment is safe and inviting.
You will fall in love with this beautiful home the moment you step inside! The open-plan living, kitchen and dining spaces are bathed in soft coastal colors and abundant natural light. The home is decorated throughout with local treasures and bright beachy appointments.
Please Note: YOU MUST BE 30 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS 6) Ensuite Bedroom: Queen Bed. Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed. Guest Bedroom : 2 Twin Beds. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped. It features stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, with seating for 3 at the large island. A custom, bench-style dining room table seats seven to eight guests, so you can enjoy a memorable meal together.
Living Room : The living room features a large flat-screen TV, upscale furnishings and generous seating. It overlooks the private fenced backyard and patio. so you can extend your relaxation and entertainment to the beautifully landscaped outdoors.
Ensuite: The Ensuite features a plush Queen bed, large walk-in closet, seating and dresser. The bathroom offers a double sink vanity & large glass walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 1: This sunny bedroom is serenely decorated and features a plush Queen bed, hardwood floors, dresser, full closet & flat screen TV.
Guest Bedroom 2: The roomy second guest bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with 2 twin beds, a dresser & flat-screen TV.
Guest Bathroom: The guest bathroom is spacious and features a shower/tub combo & beautiful granite countertop vanity.
SMALL Garage: No room for parking, but equipped with Beach Chairs, Beach Wagons and Beach toys for you to use during your stay.
PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: Close to Pier Park, Across From The Popular Pier 65 Access, Private Home, Community Pool, Private Parking, Washer & Dryer, Hardwood Floors Throughout, Flat Screen TVs In Every Room! In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist.
PLEASE NOTE: This Property is located in the Shorewalk Housing Addition in Panama City Beach, off 79 ( S Arnold Road ) near the intersection of Innocente Ave. Please use the following coordinates when trying to locate this property via GPS: 30.225538, -85.887949. * Please note that this neighborhood is in nearby proximity to ongoing road construction project.
PARKING: Due to HOA rules, there is a max of 2 cars allowed to park in the driveway. (This includes Golf Carts). The garage is not equipped for vehicles, but does contain beach chairs, wagons and toys for your enjoyment. There is a small overflow lot right outside of the gate (walking distance from the home) where extra cars can be parked. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR GRASS!!! You will be subject to a $250.00 fine, plus towing at your expense.
STRICT PET POLICY: NO PETS ALLOWED
There is limited assistance for check-ins after 9:00pm.
Disclosure: Per VRBO Regulations please note: we utilize a camera doorbell to aid in the completely contactless check-in process. In addition, there are external cameras on the premises and in the neighborhood for increased security.
