Welcome to Beach Breeze 5908, a beautifully designed multi-level beach home offering comfort, space, and a great location. This property is a duplex; this listing is for one unit only. The neighboring unit is available to rent as well (VRBO #). Book both for more space.

Overall, our stay was amazing! The property was clean, comfortable, and made for a great vacation. The location and overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.The only minor downsides were that the kitchen could have been better stocked with basic cooking supplies, and there wasn’t access to live TV, so we weren’t able to watch the World Cup match during our stay. Other than those small inconveniences, everything was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others!

Would definitely stay again. The 2nd floor king bedroom for sure needs a new mattress. If you have a bad back, i recommend the king bedroom on the third floor. The floors on the first floor were a bit dirty upon arrival, but I just went and bought a mop and problem solved. We had a minor issue while there but contacted host and it was resolved in a timely manner. Check in and out were super simple. Host was very responsive. The walk to beach was only about 10 minutes if you use the entrance on Nova dr which also has free parking if you have someone not able to walk over. We were close to several restaurants and shops and had plenty to choose from. We had a group of 11 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty of space for all of us. We will definitely book again.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a disappointment. Issues: Floors were dirty, swept but not mopped (we bought a mop and mopped). No place to put clothes, no dressers in most rooms. Coffee pot was a small 5 cup, no toaster. 3 burners on the stove didn't work. Refrigerator was too cold, froze the drinks solid. Front door lock broke on second day, lost half a day while waiting for repairs (couldn't leave). Some of the bathroom drains drained slow. Pool ladder was broken, back yard was filled with weeds. Broken furniture inside, some chairs too wobbly to sit on. Other issues, but you get the picture. Overall, not maintained very well. Could be a lovely rental, roomy, just been neglected.

The house is very large and has so much potential, which makes it even more disappointing to see it in such disrepair. The beds and bed linens were very comfortable—that was the highlight of our stay.Unfortunately, there were many issues. The furniture and décor are outdated and worn. Several dining chairs were broken and unusable, and the ones we could use felt unstable. The kitchen was poorly stocked for a house that sleeps 12, with only five forks and no toaster or can opener.Throughout the house, the walls were damaged, giving the property a neglected feel. The pool area was also poorly maintained, with cigarette butts scattered around. During our stay, the pool service came on Wednesday and added a chemical that discolored several pieces of our swimwear.Housekeeping supplies were also lacking. The vacuum had little to no suction, and there wasn't even a broom to sweep up the sand that inevitably gets tracked inside.Overall, this property has great potential, but it has clearly not been maintained to the standard its listing suggests. There were simply too many disappointments to recommend it. I would suggest saving your money and choosing a different rental.
