Renovated 1940’s period home with all new appliances is the closest vacation rental house to downtown Walla Walla. Fully functional kitchen and laundry available on the main floor. The backyard is fenced for privacy with large patio and covered area.

Driveway holds up to three vehicles for off-street parking. A propane BBQ grill and covered patio are available. King size and queen size beds. The bathroom has a double vanity and large shower. Brand new A/C. The cottage is in proximity of downtown, walking distance to coffee shops, retail and restaurants.

Cancellations: A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Never saw the host, but the Charmer was charming, clean, and the amenities were perfect. Being able to walk to shopping, restaurants and wine tasting was very helpful and most appreciated

This is a wonderful property very close to all the amenities of downtown Walla Walla and Whitman College. Property manager was fantastic and helped us get in early when they found out one of our guests had broken her leg a couple days before the trip. The bottle of wine was a very nice touch. Having coffee for the Keurig was also very convenient. We all decided we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house. Better than pictured. The cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever encountered. Convenient location, about a five minute walk to the Main Street, in a walkable and safe neighborhood. Reasonable house rules and check out procedures—nothing onerous or otherwise unexpected. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and other amenities. Strong WiFi for remote work and streaming. It was hot out (by our standards) during our visit, but the AC in the house was plenty effective, and we enjoyed the patio when it cooled down at night. We would return in a heartbeat!

Family visit

The house was very clean and decorated in such a cute way. We were very comfortable and cool during 100 degree days while we visited. We enjoyed the outdoor area in the backyard, the great shower, and the friendly neighbor cat. We had everything we needed to make meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us. We will stay here again while visiting family!

The downtown charmer was perfect for our needs . Super close to downtown activities so we could walk to all of our favorite places. Pictures were exactly what we got and place overall was very clean. Best part was the outdoor plug so we could charge our EV overnight.

Cute house with great location

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this house just a few minutes walking distance from downtown Walla Walla. The back yard was a nice place to hang out to enjoy the sunshine and the large TV made for enjoyable downtime. Nice kitchen and bath. Especially liked that we could plug in our hybrid car right by the driveway.

5 STAR!!!!!

What a wonderful VRBO - one of our most favorite ever! Terri had Matt take care of the beeping smoke alarm issue very quickly! The home was super clean and I am picky! Only comment I would share is that the king mattress was soft and I prefer a bit firmer. Wonderful location for exploring downtown Walla Walla - definitely recommend!

Charming House in a Great Location

This is a charming older home that has been remodeled and well maintained. Comfortable beds, great walk in shower and a well equipped back yard. It's only three blocks from downtown so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Communication with property manager was well done and timely.

Darling and great location!

We loved the house, looks just like the photos, amenities were terrific and generous, beds comfy, nice sheets, bedding and towels! Easy check-in and check out. We just loved this house and will be back!

Had a Blast!!!!

I would like to say this was such an amazing experience. So incredibly pleasant of a home for my Husband, Mom and I to stay for a week. I was overly excited by the incredible details of the home, beds are amazing, kitchen is stocked with what you should expect for a VRBO and the maintenance of the yard was exceptional. I loved the detail of the bathroom (pull out drawers, medicine cabinet mirrors, washer and dryer). I didn't expect the full detail of shampoo and conditioner, wash rags and such. So awesome it felt like home for the week we were there. GREAT JOB, AMAZING PLACE!! Thank you :-)

Beautiful home in Walla Walla

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked home whose VRBO pictures did not begin to describe the lovely design and comfortable accommodations. The location was also perfect to walk to dinner and wine tastings. We will book again in the future!

Great little place close to town

Clean, cute home within walking distance from downtown. Perfect for us and our parents, who are in their 70s. Bonus: neighbor’s kitten paid us a visit in the backyard.
