Property includes dedicated Rosemary Beach® community Beach Access via 9 Private Beach Walkovers. Beach chair service available for an additional cost through RBPOA Beach Service. The gorgeous chef's kitchen beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated flows into the open living room with gas fireplace. On the second floor, you'll find the owners suite with spa bath and separate shower as well as a guest room with its own en suite. On the third floor you'll find the penthouse of bunk rooms with sitting area, sleeping space for four, and a full bath.
