Welcome to The Tipsea Turtle at Summit Beach Resort Unit 201, a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor. With sleeping space for up to 7 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, private balcony, and direct beach access, this condo has everything needed for a fantastic Panama City Beach vacation.

The Space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meals, snacks, and morning coffee. The living room offers comfortable seating for everyone, along with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, relax after a day at the beach, or take in the beautiful sunset views.

Clean & Comfortable Stay
This property includes clean, sanitized sheets and towels professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. Our housekeeping team uses effective disinfecting techniques to help ensure the condo is clean, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.

Resort Notice
Starting September 8, the resort will begin a construction project around the property.
The unit may still be rented during this time, but there will be no balcony access while work is being completed. Noise levels may vary.

Important Rental Information
• May 14 through August 6: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• March 5 through April 23: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Maximum 2-week rentals, with Saturday or Sunday check-in
• For shorter stay requests during restricted seasons, please submit an inquiry
• Maximum 2-week rentals from March through November
• For special requests, please contact Reservations directly

Needs a good deep clean. Very dirty base boards, The floor made our feet black when we walked in without shoes who knows the last time it was mopped. Hand prints all over the windows. The Paint is peeling off the walls in many spaces and looks like the walls have not been wiped down in a long time. The surfaces and beds were clean but no actual blankets on the beds just a sheet and a duvet cover.

Great condo!

We came down for Thunder Beach and absolutely loved this room. It was very spacious and very clean. It had everything you could need. Room door was directly in front of stairs so no need to wait on the elevator. Larger bed in second bedroom could use a different mattress but overall a perfect room. Will definitely be booking again.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We really enjoyed our time at the Summit. The corner unit was perfect for a little extra room on the balcony. Being on the 2nd floor was nice as we did not have to wait for elevators.

Great vacation overall!

After a couple hiccups when we first arrived, our vacation was great. Lots of things to do, nice pools, easy beach access. Loved being in corner unit, it came with a huge balcony. Customer service reps were rock stars and so nice.

Beautiful Views

Convenient to beach access, nice pool, property well kept, wind storm caused outside furniture cushion storage box damage. Nice decor in unit. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Peaceful Retreat

Perfect for us as we were visiting family staying at same property. 2nd floor location near stairs and elevator made it super easy to get up and down to our unit. End unit provided larger balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather and gulf breezes. Nicely decorated with a beachy/coastal theme. We would definitely stay again!

More than Expected!

The whole rental process was a vacationer’s dream. We reviewed the property advertised for rent and were delighted at how easy the process of renting it was. The property was decorated fitting the area we were in, it was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it had all the amenities we needed!

We had a great time over Fourth of July in this beautiful condo. Stairs are right by the unit and a short walk to pool and beach.

Wonderful

This was my fav spot for the location. I Loved it so much I would stay here again and again. Clean, helpful items around. Only thing was the master seemed a bit warm but a personal fan fixed that.

Nice condo

This was the perfect place for me and my family. Security was always on point. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of towels for our 4 night stay. Easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony and the balcony was super spacious! Had a slight hiccup with the door code when we checked in but was resolved right away!

Cleanliness

Amazed at the staff cleaning the property. Outside tables were wiped down 2-3 times everyday. The lounge chairs were clean daily. Everything was very nice.

They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note: We offer 5-night rentals from May 14- August 6, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February rent for a maximum of two weeks with a Saturday or Sunday check-in. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
