Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean and the space was perfect for us. Great winter getaway for a good price for the new year. The condo was clean and well cared for despite the age. My only minor complaints were communication and check-out expectations. I had to reach out directly to get the check-in instructions with less than 24 hours before checking in. And one minor issue checking out was the requirement for washing dishes but the lack of a dishwasher pod. Otherwise the experience was great!

The room was amazing!! The view was and access to the beach was super amazing and easy to access! Love that there were two pools and the kiddie pool! My kids had the best time and that was the goal! We will def book again when we visit PCB.

great beach access , pool very clean , pool drink and snackbar really good , we had a 13th floor room so a great ocean view. Regency Tower did have issues with their elevators working 100% of the time

Great getaway

Very smooth check in process. Condo was clean. Loved the balcony view and chairs. Condo location was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about the condo and owner. She responded quickly whenever I messaged her. If i HAD TO say something negative, I would say BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS. The ones there are a little flat but that wasnt a biggie. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fun relaxing! Plenty of things to do there. Never felt over crowded Loved the “Sandbar” bar and grill between pools. Great security always felt safe. Very clean. We had such a great time. Will definitely be staying here again!!!!!

We stayed in this unit for one night while we arrived in town a day early. The unit was clean and everything is as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Condo is awesome!!! I feel the cleaning people do not care about how clean the unit is, due to owners live out of state! I cleaned bathroom floors, and light fixtures in kitchen and dinning area. Lamps shades were so dirty I couldn’t get the dust off of them! I don’t mind cleaning, but to have to pay a cleaning fee is absolutely ridiculous ! When I rent a condo, I walk in and act like it’s my own home! I take care of it!!!!! Your cleaning people should do the same!!! Owners felt terrible.

Awesome!

This was a perfect for us! Amazing views! Condo was equipped with everything we needed! It was quite cold while we were there but the pool is heated which was a plus! Beautiful view of both sunrises and sunsets! Lynn was a pleasure to work with and promptly answered any questions we had! Would definitely book again!

The Condo was super nice. The owner has thought of everything you need from trash bags down to extension plugs and fans. We had a girls trip for 4 nights. Going to make 6 nights next year. Had a blast and this condo is fantastic!!!

Exactly what we needed!

We love staying at Regency Towers! We have stayed there several times. It never disappoints. Location is great, on the quiet end of PCB. This was our first stay in this particular condo! It was great! Clean, well stocked, plenty of room! Prompt response from owner from time of booking until after we arrived.Would definitely rent again!

PCB Vacation 2024

The condo was very well kept, and just like the pictures. We were on the 13th floor so you could see everything for miles. We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency and would highly recommend this condo!

We are from Chattanooga Tennessee we have been wanting a beachfront home to spend time with our family in a family friendly environment. When we found the Regency
Towers we knew that was it. It is near attractions and restaurants so when we are tired of the beach we can go out. The resort has entertainment at night during the busy season that you can enjoy as a family. Is is on the slower end of the beach so you don't have to fight traffic all the time.

Sit on the balcony drink a cup off coffee in the morning watch the sun rise.
It has 2 pools so not crowded. Guard at the gate for added security.
