Spacious duplex overlooking the wetlands. With screen porch and a deck, simply walk out the back door to crab and fish! This lovely duplex has a first floor master suite and private bath. Enjoy the community pool after a long day at the beach! Next door to Bay Pony and across the pool to Summer Sails.

THIS HOME DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR TOWELS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Always love staying here

Grammy’s Beach House!

He said he wanted to stay at Grammys house again. The rooms were spacious. We liked that everyone had their own space to call theirs. Myself and grandson enjoyed the pool and made fond memories. The rental was clean, the smoke sectors batteries needed replaced and were chearping . But maintenance arrived quickly to fixed. Overall, great experience! We will return!

not what I expected

Very relaxing, convenient location, and accommodative!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good except we had a leak under the sink that soaked everything and had to call in maintenance to fix it. They also had to bring towels and a mop since there was not any provided. Overall it was taken care of pretty fast and not too inconvenient. The couches were very worn and had some uncomfortable slip covers that we did take off. I would suggest replacing the couches soon!

Great location with pool, but dirty and misinformation on beds.

Initially the house looked great from the outside, but entering was a different story. Floor was filthy, underside of table was sticky and dirty, flies had been killed on the walls, the ceiling fans were very dirty. when turned on they blew dust everywhere. The banister left your hands black. Food was left on top of the refrigerator and coffee was dated 2020. Ice machine in freezer didn't work, shower curtain was torn. The vacuum cleaner didn't work, since we tried to clean up a bit ourselves. Our family members have all been renting from Harbor Rentals for the past 25 years, and we never had anything like this happen before.

Reviewer Comments: we have stayed at misty sails before, it was great in the past, this time in 2022 it was not, the down stairs bathroom floors were dirty when we arrived and so were the bathroom rugs., the upstairs rugs were dirty too, it made our feet black. no lighter for the grill, no instructions for the TV, very disappointing.

Good location and community pool

Enjoyed our stay. The location was great with access to a community pool and plenty of room for the family. One note, there are 2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 twin in the house. Listing indicates 2 twins. The queen was a nice surprise, but we weren’t prepared because we had sheets for what was listed. We ended up buying another set of sheets, but it all worked out. The house is nice, but could use some deeper cleaning. The floors weren’t completely vacuumed and the bathrooms were not super clean. Otherwise, it was great for our family.

A laid back beautiful week in the perfect house.

The amenities of it were great, It had everything I wanted for a house including the screened in porch, separate deck, water view and access, and pool and that's a hard combination to find. We did not catch too much out of the water out back but we did catch some little things. The Wi-Fi signal connection was not the greatest, it worked ok, but it did not ininconvenience us at all as that was not something that was very important. We loved the quality time we had together. The house is a perfect location right by the carnival grounds walking distance to a lot of things or biking. This was our 1st time for pony penning week and we had front row seats for a lot of the action due to the location of the house. It is definitely on my list of places I would stay in again.

Great house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have stayed at Misty Sails and it does not disappoint. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lovely screened porch overlooking the canal and a great TV for movies. There’s a king bed upstairs along with two twins so if you have little ones, you can be on the same level. Or you can be separated and stsy downstairs in the other king bed. Enjoy the pool on the grounds and ride your bikes to the carnival then watch the fireworks from the screened porch!

Love Chincoteage and Silver Sails Landing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this area and Harbour Rentals is great. Have rented from them frequently. Unfortunately, this house needs some serious maintenance. Carpet is stained (and I believe is original...), dishwasher definitely needs replaced. The entire inside was molded. Definite health risk. Ice maker on fridge broken, with a sign saying "sorry for the inconvenience." Which can happen but I wonder how long it's been that way? There is a great back porch area! Again, I just think it's time to put a little money into maintenance for this rental.

Disappointed.

It was switched on us the night before arriving for our stay. We paid to stay in the house on the creek but instead was switched to one on the back channel. The house was fine but we had stayed before on the creek and caught many crabs. NO crabs in the back dingy channel. We did not want to leave to crab somewhere else & thats why we choose the previous house. Although the home we were put in was beautiful and comfortable we did not get to do what we came to do and that was crab. Everyon was nice but we were not pleased with switching the house.
