気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
The owner messaged me on Whatsapp 4 hours before check in and one hour before I had to leave for the airport to tell me that there was a problem with the water at the property and he would not be able to honor the reservation. He asked me to cancel so that he would not have to pay a penalty. I tried but was unable. I informed him of this and continued to search for another place in the short time I had. He never canceled the reservation, does not respond to my messages or calls. This is about as dishonest as is possible. He really should be banned from VRBO/ Expedia
