We will ensure our home is very clean and ready for your arrival. Part of your agreement when booking with us is that you will follow our "House Rules:"

House Rules...
>NO SMOKING on the property.
>Shoes off at the door, no shoes in the home.
>Dishes are to be cleaned regularly.
>Full size washer and dryer located in unfinished basement. If you use these, please use them for linens, towels, and your clothing. Please do not wash rugs or items that are significantly soiled - these items should go to a local laundry mat. We emphasis washer and dryer use for only items that are not significantly soiled and NO RUGS. Items soiled with grease are not to be washed or dried in our washers and dryers. Thank you!
We appreciate the cleanliness of our guests and we do our part to ensure our home is immaculate when you arrive. Located merely three blocks to the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center with downtown dining walking distance as well!

This sweet one-bedroom apartment has all that a person needs. It is bright, clean, and genuinely cute. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room, and one bedroom with a closet. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement and the unit comes with high speed WiFi and 125+ channel TV. Off-street parking is available.
The property is in a sought-after part of Cheyenne, an established part of Cheyenne called “the Avenues.” It is a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located in the central part of Cheyenne with quick access to the downtown, Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne Medical Center Warren Air Force Base, I-25, and many of Cheyenne’s amenities. Lion’s Park is located within walking distance. There you will find walking paths, open green area for picnics, the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, and Frontier Park—the location of Cheyenne Frontier Days.
Our guests have enjoyed this property. Our repeat guests are a source of great pride, and we hope to welcome you to Cheyenne as we have so many others.
