Beautifully renovated 3 bed, 3 bath house located in desirable Shore Acres community. Stroll through the peaceful neighborhood to enjoy views of Tampa Bay, or take the golf cart for a quick ride to downtown St Pete where you can hop the ferry to Tampa or the shuttle to St Pete Beach. Bring the fur babies and your kiddos too. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. If you need to work, take advantage of our high-speed internet and wireless printer. Shore Acres Recreation Center is less than a mile away with seasonal pool availability. Publix and Target are a quick golf cart ride away to for your shopping needs, or run down the street to Islander Market for your necessities. Shore Acres is a peaceful, friendly, safe neighborhood to retreat to while being minutes away from Beach Drive in downtown St Pete with endless dining and entertainment options.

Perfection!

Our stay here was perfect. The house is spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and lovely to work in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the screened in porch. Angela responded quickly to our questions and provide information on the house and the area. We look forward to staying there again.

Home away from home

We stayed at this property for a month and fell in love with this home and the neighborhood. The house was recently renovated so completely new furnishings and a very stylish space. It felt like moving into a new home and all the kitchen utensils were high end which we appreciated as we do a lot of cooking. The neighborhood was very beautiful and quiet and perfect for long walks. It was ideally located to grocery stores and St Pete downtown and beaches which were very convenient. The property manager was super responsive and took care of anything we needed while we were at the property. Both the owner and property manager were extremely good hosts. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special. We would love to come back and stay at this property next time we are in St Pete.
