Feast your eyes on this cute and comfortable vacation spot. This fabulous location is a ground floor studio directly across from the beautiful Gulf Coast beach. This studio makes great use of space, boasting a king bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette featuring a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Outside, there is a lovely shared balcony where guests can watch the sunset and take in the salty sea breeze.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. With the 8th Avenue shopping area around the corner, Pass A Grill 3 is a vacationer's delight. St. Pete Beach is famous for its sugary white sands, clear gulf waters, warm sunshine, and hospitality. Downtown St. Pete is a short 15 minute drive and is sprinkled with a classic mix of restaurants, beach bars, and shopping, along with the famous Salvador Dali Museum, award winning Fort De Soto Park and the St. Petersburg Pier. For the sports fan, the always competitive and entertaining Tampa Bay Rays are a hop skip and a jump away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Location

The property did have storm damage but is in the process of recovering. The studio apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is right across from the beach and in the 2nd level offers the perfect spot to watch the sunset

Prime location

This condo couldn’t be located in a more perfect spot. My boyfriend and I had everything we needed within walking distance to enjoy our staycation.

Not what I booked-not a good value at all

Unit was not as pictured online and they should update pictures , Sheets were old, thin & pilling. Toilet tissue and even the paper towels.Were the thinnest I have ever seen and there was not a box of kleenex to be found. Although my sister and I stayed two evenings we were provided with only one bath towel each and one wash cloth. There was only one small trash can in entire unit. Cockroaches were coming thru the water line to the toilet because the hole was not caulked & no flange over it. Blinds on large window were too short leaving around a 4" gap at bottom allowing anyone to look into the unit. Was not told til the day of check in that metal support beams were at the entry, I understand it was from the hurricane damage but would have liked to have known that the esthetics were still very altered.At the time I was renting this unit.

Great Location

Pass-a-Grille is a wonderful place to stay! The location was central, close to the beach, and good food options nearby. Look forward to returning!

The Garmon's

I loved the room it was cute!!! We had no problems at all getting in the room. The beach was right across the street, AWESOME!!! It was construction and some was blocked but it was still cool!! We did think we were getting the room with the stove to cook because that's what the pictures had and also the one I picked, and we didn't have a washer or dryer to help out when checking out so we removed all laundry and sit by the door and took trash out. Other than that we were satisfied with what we had. The area closed early around us so we went and visited other places! Thanks for your services. We recommend this hotel!!! Pass A Grill

Fall Beach Trip

Location Location Location was the key to this unit. Being across from the Beach was ideal for us, since that was the goal of the trip. Having the balcony was wonderful for either morning coffee having dinner and watch the Sunset.

Perfect beach getaway

The studio unit was clean and comfortable and the building was well maintained for its age....had everything you needed to enjoy a beach visit. The beach in Pass-a-Grille is beautiful and after sunset is basically deserted / private. Taking a quiet evening stroll is recommended. Shops, food and a very cool museum are within walking distance. Already looking forward to a return visit.

SUNSET SPECTACULAR

Great overall stay. The room was clean and well maintained. It had enough amenities (refrigerator. micro-wave, closet space, comfy bed) to meet our needs. Bathroom area a little tight but manageable. Only negative was the construction out front to stabilize the second floor deck. It was quite noisy during the day. It was obvious this work had been going on for some time and we felt we should have been notified beforehand regarding this matter. However it did not impact our stay too much as we were rarely in the room during the day. We were still able to view many memorable sunsets from the above mentioned deck. This would have easily been a 5 star experience without the construction work.

The location could not have been more perfect. Other guests at complex were a delight. We have fallen in love with Pass A Grille. Wish the cost was lower so we could go more often!

Great Location

It was a decent size room. I just wish they had communicated that I would be receiving a lot of emails that needed to be read super thoroughly in order to get a parking pass.

Pass-A-Grill

The condo was nice we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues. The ceiling fan could not be turned off when the light over the bed was on. The switch that controls the fan was broken and it's stuck on high. That needs to be fixed. The A/C made an annoying buzzing sound about every 3-5 minutes. Being a light sleeper made it hard for me to stay asleep.
