GETTING AROUND
Having a car isn’t required to enjoy Nashville from this location. Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, and Downtown Nashville is typically only a short rideshare away.
A vehicle may be more convenient if you plan to explore areas farther outside the urban core, such as the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, Franklin, or other Middle Tennessee destinations.
Please remember that Nashville traffic can increase considerably during concerts, Titans games, conventions, and major events.

LOCAL RESERVATIONS
We do not accept local reservations without prior approval from management.
Guests who live locally must contact Chady Property Management before booking for approval. Unauthorized local reservations may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the applicable booking platform’s policies.
PET POLICY
We love pets, but unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
Unauthorized pets are subject to a $500 fee.
This policy does not limit rights applicable to service animals under applicable law or the booking platform’s policies.
RULE VIOLATIONS, DAMAGES & ADDITIONAL CLEANING
To help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable home for all guests, additional charges may apply when extra cleaning, repairs, replacement, or other services are required due to a violation of the house rules.

For reservations made through platforms other than Airbnb and HVMB, when a guest is entitled to a refund, a 3% credit card processing fee may be deducted from the refund when applicable.
