Welcome to luxury in the heart of it all at The Village at Riverstone Condos. This exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo perfectly blends comfort and convenience, designed with families in mind. The modern kitchen, spacious living areas, and dedicated bunk room with toys and games create an inviting atmosphere for a memorable stay.

Experience the vibrant Riverstone community with its coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, cinema, and shopping. The condo also features a community patio with BBQ facilities, ideal for entertaining.

The Space:

- Dining Room: Seats 8 comfortably
- Living Room: Features a flat-screen TV, ample seating, and balcony access

Our stay there was lovely. The location is great in the Downtown Coeur DAlene area. Great walking distance to many of the shops in the area.The accomodations in the residence could have used a bit more in the kitchen area. Great location

The condo was amazing. Great location. We had a hard time finding it at first but the property manager was very helpful with our many phone calls. We enjoyed our stay and the beds were comfy.

Incredible place!!

This place was perfect for my 86 year old mom, who uses a walker, my sister and brother in law, and myself. It was spacious and clean, decorated nicely, and close to everything. We travel to Coeur d’Alene to see family at least once a year, and this place was just right. Communication with the host was the best I’ve had. Truly perfect!

Great Stay

Property was very convenient to all CDA has to offer and short trip to Silverwood! Property was as advertised and communicating with the host was simple and very responsive. My family had a great time and property has great neighbors in the building as well. Everyone was very friendly!

Would stay here again. Positives: Location, size and layout of condo, amenities, cleanliness, communication, lots of accessible parking for large truck. Negatives: Finding the right lobby to access condo. But the management company contacted the owner who contacted us right away for help. Pillows are very firm so consider bringing your own.

Our favorite place to stay

We like to visit CDA every year and this place is my to-go place. Close to malls and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. warm welcoming from host who is also a good communicator. We will definitely come back.

Christmas at Riverstone

This property was perfect for our group and was, in fact, the only property I could find without stairs being required and a walk in shower for our elderly parents. There was plenty of seating when other family members visited us and the kitchen was very well stocked. Master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent stay in Coeur d'Alene

The condo was spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved the location and some of our family stayed in a unit close by. Access was easy, and covered parking was available very close by. The unit is located in a new development with a movie theater, restaurants and other services that are walkable.

Beautiful condo! Spacious and great location! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable and little extras (like beach towels) were a pleasant surprise. Would stay again!

Missed the little things

Bldg location was incorrect so couldn't find our building. No instruction book for new residents- no TV inst., didn't know where to put the trash, dish washer and clothes washer didn't work correctly. Didn't have hair dryers until we called and got manager to bring us 2.

Great unit with all the necessities

We loved our stay and loved Coeur D’Alene. The only hiccup was the door code not opening but they called me back pretty quick and we got in. Also… it’s not Lobby A but Lobby 3. Other than that the unit was clean and comfortable and had everything you would need and then some. That leather couch was especially comfortable!
