Perfect property for families. Beautiful beach front view. Close to everything you might need. We would love to come back to this little castle. Recommend adding a garbage disposal to the kitchen sink.

Castle sween

Property was homey and the location was absolutely perfect. The only issue we had was finding a cockroche outside on the patio.

We appreciate Jen's remarks about her stay at Castle Sween on the oceanfront in Corolla. Due to the heat and humidity in the area, we are prone to see palmetto bugs occasionally. We hope that she returns to stay with us again.

We verified multiple times that linens and TP would be provided. We arrived to no linens and 3 kids ready for bed. Left multiple messages with the rental company and finally got linens on day 2 midday. I was told I could have called the emergency line but it’s not a situation I should have had for a rental at this price point. Put a combo lock on a closet and keep emergency supplies so your renters aren’t stranded.House smelled terrible at check in as it’s kept at 75 and the humidity was high. Took several hours to get comfortable and the smell lingered. Evidence of leaks (or previous leaks) and black staining around multiple windows so could have even been a mold smell.Furniture is incredibly uncomfortable throughout. We arrived to sand in the showers and on the bathroom floors. Sand on the carpet leading from the deck. Pictures don’t show how tiny the bathrooms are even for a very petite family. Also upstairs shower was nearly clogged.There are plenty of comparably priced places in the outer banks and I recommend checking out any of the other ones before this place. Our vacation was not relaxing bc of our bad choice. The only part of this place we enjoyed was the gazebo and deck but even that has cracked and worn boards on the stairs and screw head pops that can easily catch a kids foot. The upstairs door to the lookup deck is barely on its track so we avoided what was one of our favorite places in the photos.

Great property!

We had a blast at this house right on the beach. The only complaint was the internet was out while we were there. They didn’t get it fixed because of the holidays. Otherwise just a great stay!
