The location and layout of this cottage can't be beat! It was perfect for the 4 of us. Views from everywhere and the fire place made it so cozy!

This is the most comfortable beautiful house, easy access to north and south beaches. Fully and well stocked kitchen with all sized pots. The folks at seaside vacations were awesome. They were able to answer all my questions, were so patient, just lovely people.

Breathtaking Views

We loved this home from the moment we initially walked in. Even my toddler granddaughter said “WOW!” The bedrooms are spacious and the views amazing. We felt spoiled.

Family Vacation

Being on the beach is the best. This property is next to the entrance to the public beach. We had to go out early to save our spot in front of the house; however, being at this location had a lifeguard stand right there. Kitchen is very small and table only sits 6. We had 10 people so eating had to be done in shifts. Upstairs bedrooms were roomy and view was great. If you have kids, bunk room worked perfect. Oh, bring extra forks.

We had issuea with a bathroom, were without water for most ofcthe second daybof our stay. The ceiling wasleak8ng in two rooms. We couldntbusevthectable because ofcwater leak. Had to call maintensnce several times. I woul like reimbursement for the inconvenience of not having water or being able to eat as a family

Amazing location!

Great house with plenty of space. Seeing the sunrise over the ocean from bed was spectacular! The kitchen has all the pans and dishes you need. Three full baths and one of the upstairs showers was huge! Be sure to bring everything with you but sheets. We arrived to no soap at all and 2 rolls of TP for a 3 bathroom house. The staff was great. They answered the phone and fixed our entry code problem even though we arrived after hours. The furniture was comfortable except the mattresses upstairs need to be replaced.

We loved the house and had a fabulous time. Will definitely come back and recommend it highly. The sunrise each morning was AWESOME! Evenings on the dec on the beach were so relaxing. Favorite part was sleeping with the doors open and hearing the waves every night. One small thing. The locks to the back doors were challenging. We didn't see the sign at first on how to work them. We didn't realize that the house was right next to the beach access. Didn't catch that in the pictures. However, because it was off season, it was quiet and not much traffic. Again, can't say enough how fabulous it was for us.
