Large, updated 2 bed/2 bath condo with 2 designated covered parking spots and just a 3-minute walk to the sand of South Beach, to shops, restaurants and the pier.

2A Better Place is a bright and beachy condo perfect for families, couples, friends or singles! Tastefully decorated, bright living area with comfy sofa, loveseat and smart television. Also a lovely work space so you can work from “home!” Enjoy cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a quick meal, or a gourmet dinner. Sit down for meals in the dining area next to the kitchen - or outside on the deck. Take in the sweet smell of the salt air from the large front deck with peek-a-boo ocean views. Primary bedroom offers a roomy king bed, smart TV and updated en-suite bathroom with large shower. Second bedroom has adorable twin beds, with full bathroom and washer and dryer in hall.

Park your car in the 2 covered parking spots and walk less than 200 yards to Tybee’s beautiful 18th Street beach, five minutes to restaurants, bars, shops, night life, and the pier.

The place was exactly as described, very close to the beach, clean, and spacious. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This property served our family of 4 well!We really liked the location after exploring different parts of the island. The beach, nearby shops, and places to get some food or a morning coffee were within easy walking distance. Even though South beach is known for being the busier side of the island the little street this place is on stays quiet. Tybee definitely has a laid back vibe and ended up being very family friendly. Never saw a single piece of trash on the beach somehow.We bought groceries from a little grocery store up the road and utilized the kitchen. It had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer to work through some laundry was a major plus. Like most houses near the ocean if a person wanted to get picky there were little maintenance things that could be done inside and out to make the place perfect but it was clean and everything worked perfectly during our stay.Melissa (the host) is the thing that takes this place from a 9 to a 10 out of 10. She was so kind to us and thoughtful! We got to meet her when she was preparing another vacation rental next door. She is perceptive and tried to find ways to make our stay more special.

We LOVE Tybee! We lived in Savannah for six blissful years, there is no place else we would want to own a vacation home - we even got married on the beach about 5 minutes from the condo. There is nothing we love more than sharing our love of Tybee with others - we think it's a place that will work its way into your heart and never leave.

Close to the beach, the pier, nightlife, restaurants and bars - you can park your car at the condo and not get in it again until you have to leave!

Who doesn't want to be a 3 minute walk to the beach? You can run back for a drink, a quick nap or to grab anything you need.

We love riding our bikes around the island - ride to watch the sunset over the river, to North Beach and the lighthouse, Marine Science Center and more.
