This was a lovely, cozy condo with spectacular views. My husband and I stayed at Ft Marcy 28 with our adult daughter and there was ample room for everyone. Furniture was comfortable and the area felt completely safe. There’s an easy walk to the Ft Marcy cross which is a perfect spot for sunset- watching. The area is close to the downtown plaza so there were lots of things to see and do.

Excellent location and great views.

It was the perfect location and I really enjoyed having my coffee while admiring the mountains. Check in and out was super easy, I do wish the indoor pool were open longer (closed at 6pm) but that’s my only complaint. Would definitely Visit again.

Our favorite place to stay

We have been staying here for 20 years so our children and grandchildren can ski at Santa Fe Ski Basin. The price of a 2 bedroom unit has always been less expensive than 2 motel rooms and you have your own kitchen and living room. It is the closest place to stay to get to the ski basin. The units are individually owned, but all are equipped with everything you need. The property has several buildings and many paths through the resort so is a great place for children to explore, plus there is a wonderful park across the street and it is within walking distance to the square, although it is a steep walk returning to the units! The after hours check-in is very easy to use.

I thought this place was nice. However there were just a couple of things that affected our stay. A week prior to our reservation I was informed the pool would be under maintenance for our entire stay. Seeing as how I picked this place primarily for the pool I was disappointed, so was my toddler. But I got a decent refund when I asked the host about it. So that evened it out a bit. The place said it was family friendly, but I will say there were no toddler safe dishes just large glasses and wine glasses. Lots of pointy/angular furniture and corners at head/eye level for our little one. Lastly, we only got a single dishwasher soap packet and could have used more, we stayed for a whole week and had to hand wash most of our dishes. I will say that it couldn’t hurt to have a bigger variety of silverware (we had just a handful of huge spoons). Aside from these small things, some of which are hard to remedy no matter where you go, we really liked our little home away from home. The pros: The AC was great on those hot days, fabulous location, walkable (10-15 min) to down town and parks (tho Santa Fe is not necessarily made to be pedestrian friendly everywhere), pretty easy to get to, close parking onsite, and from our corner spot we had a glorious view of the hills and mountains as well as prime sunset viewing from our small patio. Access to the pool and changes to the afore mentioned little issues would likely have changed my rating to 5. But overall, a good stay. Thanks.
