Great place, great location, super clean! Loved all the decor and plants. The patio is super cute and was like a tiny Jurassic park with all the little lizards we saw 10/10 would stay again

Clean, cute, updated home. Nice deck and fenced yard. Great location to stay when visiting our college kiddos at TXST. Our second time staying here.

Good location, quiet neighborhood

Nice place to stay during a visit to the San Marcos area. Fenced in yard was great for our dogs. House was walking distance to town square.

Spring break 2025

We stayed for one day so my son could enjoy the river for his spring break. This place was perfect for that and everything is very close by if you decide to Uber or walk. This place was very quite and relaxing.

Beautiful home! Everything was just as advertised. Its a lovely spacious home, all appliances/etc worked great, comfy bed, etc. Really liked the location being a little tucked away, but still having very easy and walkable access to most everything in San Marcos. Hope to be back!

Sweet and peaceful home with its own personality.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Heritage from booking to checking out. We loved the decorations and enjoyed the perfect location. We hope Heritage will be available next time we come back to San Marcos!

Great experience!

Pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the outdoor space (packed folding chairs). The home was as advertised and very clean. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and we were able to walk dogs safely. Owner was very accommodating and responded promptly to any questions that we had before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

River getaway

This experience was smooth, and our stay was perfect! The house is clean with good energy, and style. The backyard is great for dogs, and a wrap around patio makes getting around outside easy. We will use this rental for any future stays! 5 stars
