Ubers from this location are very reasonable!

Come to San Marcos and relax in this recently renovated house that offers the basic necessities for a fun and memorable trip. Bed Room One, features a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom, and a twin on top(Sleeps 3). It also has a closet with extra pillows, blankets, and GAMES! A 32" tv is mounted to the wall. There is no cable in the bedroom, but there is a fire stick. The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed(Sleeps 2), with another 32" TV, with a Roku. House sleeps 5 total. For an additional guest, please let me know and I can provide a cot, or air mattress.

There is a charcoal BBQ pit in the back yard, as well as an above ground fire ring, with seating around it. *Please do not chop down trees in the back yard.

*This unit does not have a washer and dryer inside of the unit. For extended stays, let me know and we can work something out.

Sweet clean San Marcos house

Everything was perfect. The owner provided extras to make our stay extra exceptional. He had a table top ice machine, provided coffee, paper plates, seasonings, etc. (the little extras one may have forgotten to pack). The place was super clean and quite frankly adorable. I would definitely hit home up again.

This year for our annual back to school shopping trip with the kids we decided to stay in San Marcos. This house was close to everything. Staying in a house with a backyard was nice after a long hot day to get back and relax.

This home was perfect for our weekend in San Marcos. Huge benefit/perk was being able to bring our two fur babies with us. The property is very close to downtown San Marcos which was also convenient. Several essentials are included/provided throughout the house as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.
