Great house in N Denver! It has a Hot Tub, Gas Fire Pit and Corn Hole!

Thank you for reviewing our listing and hope you choose our adorable house…It is a little smaller home but you will get to enjoy the wholehouse to yourself! It also has a lot to offer. We think you’ll enjoy your stay! We strive for 5 star reviews so you will find our house clean and cozy! It is centered within a couple of miles to all four major highways. Only a 20 minute drive to the heart of downtown Denver (light rail is walking distance if you don’t feel like driving downtown) or take a day in our beautiful Rocky Mountains also about 20 minutes away! It even has a Hot Tub for you to relax in after your day of running around! We are natives of Colorado so after you book your stay we can share some great places to see and do! We Hope you enjoy it! *Denver International Airport. Is about 26 miles.
*Downtown Denver is about 7 miles.
*Golden (Red Rocks) is about 13 miles.
*Boulder is about 21 miles.
*Colorado Springs is about 77 miles.

We are also very close to 4 major highways…
*I-76 is about 3 miles
*I-25 is about 6 miles
*I-70 is about 5 miles
*36 (Boulder Turnpike) is about 4 miles

There are many places to visit it’s so close to Downtown Denver.

Also The Light Rail Station a few blocks away (walking distance) it will take you downtown to Union Station in about 10 to 15 minutes for about $3.0

Our House is very small only 8 adults maximum maybe a few more young children could fit. Our loft area will sleep children comfortably.

Clean rooms, mostly family friendly, had very steep steps to loft (kids area, a little terrifying if littles are still a little new to walking) there was no kitchen table just a bar like table that made it hard to feed toddlers in the kitchen. One neighbor was extra loud after 7. Other than those few things it was a very comfortable stay for my family, we all had lots of space to spread out.

We had a really good stay at this property! The walls must be very well insulated because we couldn’t hear anything from outside—it was so quiet and relaxing. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful space to enjoy. The home was pretty clean, about standard in terms of cleanliness. The host had mentioned they had just started with a new cleaning crew, so a couple of small things weren’t restocked, but that was no problem for us. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to booking again in the future!

Very clean, easy access. A cute lil house for 3 senior citizens. Beds were comfortable. Suggest they get chairs in bedrooms . The hot tub was fabulous. The neighborhood was quiet but a little junkie with broken down vehicles and alot of junkers for sale in the neibors yards..

We had a wonderful experience. The house actually has quite a bit of usable space. It’s laid out very well. The beds are really clean and comfortable. Everything you could need is in the house and thoughtfully located. The hot tub was amazing, clean, worked really well. We felt safe and secure. No complaints and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

We enjoyed our stay in Denver! We were close to many things, but were still in a quiet neighborhood! The hot tub was super nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great cozy home really made our stay enjoyable. Came fully stocked with everything we needed from towels to spices in the cabinet. We didn’t have infants with us but also had everything for them including playpen and high chair and toys. We enjoyed the hot tub and doing s’mores playing corn hole at night after our long days out exploring. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Hot tub and so much more!

Great house with everything you need. Upstairs bedroom perfect for kids. Comfortable beds with TVs in each room, which was a treat. Loved the hot tub in this quiet neighborhood.

Amazing Place to Stay

Very clean place to stay as we all felt very comfortable. The amenities were all perfect as per the owners descriptions. Kitchen was fully stocked as we purchased lots of meals to cook every night and morning at the VRBO and every kitchen tool needed was there:) Hot tub and outside patio furniture were super comfortable along with using their outside grill. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

This was a great little house for a weekend around denver. It was the perfect location for exploring. Quiet area and a very nice hot tub in a fenced backyard.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

This was the perfect home base for our Denver vacation! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had plenty of beds for our family of 5. It was a convenient drive to all major attractions. We also loved the outdoor dining area! Communication with host was quick and helpful.

Great place in Denver

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was a great location. Close to all the activities we wanted to do in Denver. There was plenty of sleep space for our large family. The house was very clean. The hosts were very responsive. There was a great little yard to hang out at night. We were very happy with our stay and would return again!

Colorado Trip

The house was great. It was easy to communicate with the owners- they were very responsive. The location was great for the day trips that we planned. I just did not like the neighborhood. It was not a spot that we would take a walk around the block.

Denver Family Time

Visiting Denver to see our Son and family who live there. We were looking to be within a few miles from them. The Host assured us we’d be close and she was right. The house is lovely. It’s well appointed with all the things we needed. Plenty of beds to accommodate all 6 of us with room to spare. The backyard was our Oasis for morning coffee and after a long day of family outings. The hot tub was a plus for cool evenings. Joe and Tiff answered any and all of our concerns and questions in a very timely manner. We’d definitely stay again!

Extended Weekend

We were a family of 7 and this place was perfect! Tiffany and Joe were accommodating. We had a small accident and they were there as soon as possible to fix the situation and were amazing about it! I HIGHLY recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Denver!

Great stay and great hosts

The house was perfect for us. I was impressed with the amount of kitchen cookware/utensils and the fact the house was stocked for our laundry and dish cleaning needs. Tiffany was awesome at communication! I appreciated her understanding and flexibility when weather impacted our stay. Not to mention, she ensured our sidewalk and driveway were cleared of snow in a very timely manner!

In town for a Broncos game

We had 6 adults (over 60 years of age) in town for a football game and to do some touristy visits of the Rocky Mtn area. With multiple beds (and futons plus an available air mattress)) across 4 different sleeping areas, this house was ideal. The indoor common space is a bit small, however, beyond the back door there is a ton of space with table, chairs, a fire pit (gas - so you don't have get wood), a hot tub, patio and games (cornhole) - Plenty of towels and linens across 2 full bathrooms. Laundry on-site. Communication with host was great - extremely responsive, and the house was only 35 minutes from Denver airport, 15 minutes from downtown (LoDo and Rino) for dining and visiting, and RTD (mass transit) less than 2 miles away. Well worth the price!!

Loved the house. AC was nice. They had all the amenities and supplies needed for a week stay. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Backyard was nice to hang out in. Location was great, neighborhood needs some work.

Great house for a great price

We came to Denver for a weekend getaway. The owners were prompt at providing us the check in information and the house was everything that it was advertised to be. We sat by the outside fire pit and in the hot tub for the majority of our stay. Also nice to be so close to downtown, without paying the high cost.

Great Weekend Trip

Stayed at the property with friends for a long weekend. The property was perfect for us. Our group of 4 adults had plenty of space, and everything we wanted to do was within quick driving distance. Hot tub was great, and Tiffany responded promptly to the few questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Joe and I have been married for almost 28 years and have three kids. We are both natives of Colorado and both grew up in the Westminster area which is close to where this house is located. We are very active in the community and know a lot about Colorado activities, sports and destinations. Feel free to call us if you have any questions before your arrival.

We have had our house as a long term rental property for a few years and did not like how some tenants have treated our property so we decided to remodel it and give the vacation short term rentals a try. We hope you like it.

It’s a smaller house but has a lot charm. The best part of this house is that it is close to everything. About 15 min to downtown denver or the mountains. Close to three 4 major highways to get you almost anywhere in the Denver Metro area! Also a very short walk to light rail, that can get you to down town Denver in about 14 minutes for a couple of bucks!!
