Very nice stay! Perfect location. Beds were comfortable. Would just recommend the dressers be emptied out so guests have a place to put clothes.

This property was in a great location, walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and coffee shops and restaurants. It's a cozy, unique house that offered us plenty of room to write (we were doing a writer's retreat/book event) and places to stretch out and relax. Love it!

This property was perfect for my family. The host had everything we needed and more. I liked that the home was in a classic established neighborhood. The home was very charming and very clean. The neighborhood is very walkable. The backyard was a perfect size for our dogs. We plan on visiting Denver again in the fall. I will definitely see if the home is available. Good place to stay. Its a very old house so the floors creek and the doors can be difficult to close. There are stairs which could be an issue for small children. Overall very happy with the stay.

Comfortable stay in a great location

We had an amazing stay. Great location and we even found a coffee shop around the corner. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time. Host has thought of everything, even set up the pack n play for our arrival.

Lovely stay in Denver

This delightful house had everything we needed and more. We could walk to restaurants, stores, and even a movie theater. It is in a very cute residential area with the wonderfully gorgeous(even in winter), Botanical Gardens a few blocks away. The beds were very comfortable.

Awesome stay!!

My mates and I from Australia struggled to find a place in Denver until we came across this place and boy are we glad we did. Such a nice place in a really nice neighbourhood. Mara was always responsive and answered any questions we had. Would recommend this place for anyone!

This property was great for where our wedding was at botanical gardens. The actual home was very dirty, backyard patio was unusable due to weeds and some covers half on half off.Wouldn’t stay there and don’t recommend it for others.

The house was very clean & comfortable & had a very well furnished kitchen. The host very responsive. The neighborhood nice to both walk & drive in. The only difficulty is that the master bedroom is down a flight of steep stairs with a somewhat low ceiling & was not safely accessible for my husband - who is 80.

I am a single mom and a Teacher here is Denver. My daughter's are 5th generation Denver, Colorado natives. I love Denver and Colorado and everything my city and state have to offer. We love to take advantage of our 300+ sunny days by adventuring outside. Hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and swimming are some of our favorite things. We love to go to our plethora of museums on cloudy or snowy days. I am happy to give recommendations on many different tourist attractions. We are happy to share our home with you.

This is our home. We share with you to supplement my income from teaching to help me afford school and activities for my daughters.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Close to all Denver attractions and a short drive to the mountains, Colorado Proud puts you in a prime location to enjoy Denver and Colorado easily. Our neighborhood has great walkability. Parks, museums, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Coffee shops and grocery stores are only 2 blocks away. Easy access to the highway to take you right to the mountains. Downtown Denver and the Capitol are less than 2 miles and accessible by walking, biking or public transportation if you do not have a car. Congress Park (Botanic Gardens), City Park (Denver Zoo and Museum of Nature and Science), and Cheesman Park are all within walking distance. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and close to everything! The weather is beautiful year round. You can enjoy swinging on the front porch, a BBQ in the backyard or sitting my the fire pit on the back patio. Amenities for children available upon request.
