Welcome to Sea Castles 13 on Amelia Island, FL - your perfect vacation getaway hosted by Stay Better Vacations. This charming townhome is conveniently located on South Fletcher with only one street to cross to reach the beach. Ideal for couples and families, you can indulge in the sun and sand, and then savor delicious food and drinks at the Surf Restaurant, located right next door.

This renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, townhome accommodates up to 7 guests comfortably. Relax in the living room after your day's adventures, or enjoy meals and games at the dining table. Store your bikes in the 2-car garage and make use of nearby biking paths. Impress with your grilling skills on the gas grill, then dine on the back deck's picnic table. Enjoy home-like comforts with a full washer and dryer, free wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, enjoy convenient beach access just a few steps away.

Orders placed after this cannot be delivered the next day, and same-day delivery is not available. Say yes to this Condo!

Overall, this property is a great location to stay at for vacation. Management was easy to communicate with and we were able to get into the condo with no problem. The condo was very clean and comfortable beds to sleep in. Right across the road is a boardwalk to the beach and a couple of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Perfect spot!

Great time at the beach!

Our family had a great time here! We walked to the beach each day & enjoyed the convenience of the pool. Short drive to Fort Clinch State Park for shark tooth hunting & more beach access. Took advantage of great shopping & dining at Fernandina Beach Main St. The property was clean, spacious & had great beach decor. Communication with property manager was timely & helpful, would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Stay

This place was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Amelia Island. It is a very short walk to the beach with very convenient access. There are also lots of other little restaurants and some shopping very close by. The space and setup were perfect. It’s a split level, so the kids were able to feel like they had their own area. Small improvements would be the addition of a television in each bedroom, and additional coffee supplies. There was also hand soap provided in each bathroom, but it was so watered down that we ended up going out to purchase our own.

Great Vacation

This condo was in a fantastic location. Close enough to the beach for an early morning walk. The Surf restaurant was great and is a 2 minute walk. The space was comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed for the vacation! Would stay again! Also, the team at Stay Better were extremely attentive and had better communication than any place I have stayed on Amelia Island! Big thank you to the team!

Beach Time

This is a somewhat older property with signs of wear. Parking is limited, lots of stairs and hose for rinsing off after beach trips was inconveniently located inside the garage. It rained while we were there and a lake formed in the parking area making it difficult to get into vehicles. Overall it met our needs and check out was easy.

Home experience

The entire home was so cute. They have notes all over with instructions or explanations on how things work or what they would prefer. None of them sounded rude or demanding. It felt like a home and my entire family adored this place. We talked several times about how humid it was outside but it was never felt inside the home and my son loved to sleep on the bean bags they had for us to use. All we had to do was cross one road to get to the beach access with was perfect to haul 3 kids and beach gear. Directly next door is The Surf restaurant with the best food I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely will try to book here again.

Perfection

I can’t find one thing wrong with our property or experience! It was so refreshing! We received texts throughout our stay to check on us, property was even nicer than expected, and easy access to beach. Can’t wait to come back.

We had rain on the second day we were at the beach and the driveway flooded and we had to walk thru 4-6 inches of muddy murky water to get to our car. There was also an infestation of yellow jackets upon arrival. Most were dead all over the upstairs floor but some still alive and we could not sleep in that bedroom. We called and it was treated the next day but still a few still survived the extermination. All in all- not a very pleasant experience!

Family retreat

Property was great only issue was the poor air conditioning. It was so hot in the bed rooms it was hard to sleep. Can’t sleep hot and during the day it was over 90 degrees upstairs with the A/C running full time. Need to upgrade the system. For that much money they should be able to afford it
