Patrick is great! We are looking at moving to Florida in the future so he took us around to look at possible homes and investment properties. The house we stayed at was absolutely perfect too.

My whole family (5 of us) felt comfortable and safe. The house was stocked with all the necessary essentials and a few extras too! Conveniently located to beach , shopping and all the fun things to do. Located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. I highly recommend staying here as Patrick is a most excellent host!

very clean, quiet neighborhood, good amenities, 1 mile to beach was a little bummer but not a big deal, overall, very pleased with our stay, only one drawback k-pod machine didn't work.

Isle of Palms

This house was perfect for our family, super quiet neighborhood, great backyard space for our small puppy! Beach chairs were included! There was a perfect beach access point down from the house, it is a bit of a walk so we opted to drive and park! Great stay!

Family visit

We came up to Fernandina for Dickens on Centre and found this cute place to stay so we didn’t have to drive far. It’s very convenient to shopping, the beach and downtown Fernandina.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was awesome. The house was spacious and the fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. The two car garage was perfect for our 65 GTO that we brought down for a car show. We could walk to the beach and nature trails. Super close to downtown.

peaceful, comfortable, convenient vacation home

We felt like we were home with all the supplies provided in the home. The backyard was what made the stay so great by being able to let our dog out to enjoy. The host was very caring to provide whatever we needed quickly. The location was great being equal distance to town, the beach or shopping.

Business vacation

The property was as shown on VRBO. Good location to walk or bike, easy access to nature trails or the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great. Our dog loved the fence in yard.
