Great for a big group

Clean, spacious property. We were 19 people, half kids and half adults, and the house was ideal. 2 living spaces and a massive dining table that could seat us all comfortably. Only thing we were not expecting is that the pool referenced is at the nearby beach recreation area, and the house comes with entry passes to the beach but there’s an additional fee to use the pool.

This was a gorgeous, spacious vacation spot for our large family. The amenities were comparable to a 4 star hotel. Perfect for family meals (inside or on the spacious deck) and group games. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions before and during the stay.

Class Reunion Stay

Stayed here for a college reunion with a few other couples. The house was spacious and extremely well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the location was beautiful with many of us either going for a run along the water or walking to the nearby park. Katie was superbly responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do so again!

Great family gathering house

We were a family of ten with 6 adults and 4 children ages 3-7. The house was well stocked and lacked nothing. Beach access was a mile away and beach passes were great. The kids loved the town playground and Mitchell College’s ice cream was a hit. The house was spacious and beds were comfortable.

A beautiful home!

Absolutely loved staying here. Katie was super helpful and my group had an amazing time. The house is plenty big for big groups. Amazing getaway!

Our group of 16 friends had an amazing time at this house. It’s a spacious, beautiful property that is so well stocked with everything you could need. We have stayed in a number of rentals as a large group and all agreed that this was our very favorite! The dining room and multiple living rooms with plenty of seating for everyone were highlights. Great location with gorgeous water views and an easy walk to the beach.

Easter Weekend
