Welcome to your perfect waterfront escape in charming Groton! This spacious 10-bedroom, 5-bathroom estate blends casual comfort with timeless elegance—perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or special celebrations.

Pricing reflects up to 12 guests, with additional rates for larger groups. The home can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.

Wake up to stunning water views from nearly every room. With a flexible mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds, plus five full bathrooms featuring both bathtubs and showers, everyone can relax and recharge in comfort after a day of exploring.

Enjoy your own small private beach, exclusive neighborhood access to a private beach that is a 5 min walk, plus modern amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Entertainment is effortless with games, books, TVs, a cozy firepit, and even a nostalgic pilot room! Step outside to your own private pier—perfect for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There are also two nearby casinos: Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods!

Please Note:

The standard cleaning fee of $600 includes usage of up to 6 bedrooms. If more than 6 rooms are used, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply.


Base rate includes up to 12 guests. Each additional guest is $250 per person, per night.
Maximum occupancy is 20 guests.

Amazing, spacious, well-maintained property in a beautiful setting! Great area for walking. Great public beach only a 10 minute walk away. 15 minute drive from all parts of Mystic. Beautiful public golf course within walking distance. Gustavo clearly takes good care of the property and sets it up so that it is very welcoming for its guests.

We hosted a wedding on the grounds of this beautiful home on the water! It could not have been more perfect! Gustavo was very easy to work with. He was very responsive and helpful. And his property manager was also very helpful and very responsive.

We organized a long weekend with friends from out of state, and can’t recommend this house enough. It was spacious, yet cozy - everyone had their own rooms, we drank coffee on the porch every morning, cooked dinner together, played games on the lawn and stayed up late talking in the sun room. It was only a 15 minute drive to Mystic and the neighborhood/ neighbors were lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better house and kept saying all weekend how beautiful it was. We would definitely come back!

Epic home. Grandeur and style. Waterfront masterpiece. Property manager was nearby and so gracious. Built a fire in our fireplace and managed questions so helpfully. So many gorgeous well appointed rooms to choose from. Owner easy to reach and responsive before during and after stay.

Beautiful property and location. All the amenities a bonus: water access and dock, kayaking, covered porch for visiting and taking in the stunning water views. It was everything and more to make our trip unforgettable. 10/10 recommend!

Hi Thomas, I am surprised that you didn't enjoy your stay at the house when you continuously spoke highly of the home. Could your unfavorable rating be bc you left the house in a mess and didn't fall the house rules? We have many pictures of how you left the home. Im disappointed that you would penalize me bc you had to pay an additional fee per the house rules. If you don't mind could you please send me reasons of why you gave this house such a low rating? What did we do wrong and what could we have done to make your stay more pleasant,
