***Please note our community hot tub closed and under construction. Rebuild is June-Aug and prices have been adjusted accordingly. We do not anticipate noise to be an issue. The pool will also have intermittent unscheduled closures June 2026-Aug 2026 due to the hot tub improvement. It is currently open. We value guest experience and try and be as transparent with our guests as possible***
Levi’s Landing is a bright, modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of Moab, designed for comfort after a day of adventure. Our Guests love the spacious layout, fast Wi-Fi, secure parking for gear and trailers, and access to a seasonal pool and hot tub & tennis court just steps away. Whether you’re hiking Arches, off-roading, or chasing red rock sunsets, this is an easy, stress-free home base.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests (including infants) with 1 King, 1 Queen, a Full-over-Full bunk (adult-rated), a Murphy bed, and a Pack ’n Play. Every room has air conditioning and room-darkening curtains, and there are Smart TVs in the King and Queen bedrooms.
Parking is easy and convenient, with a private 2-car garage, 2 bike racks, and a 38’ driveway that fits trailers and off-road rigs. Additional guest and street parking are also available.
Fast Wi-Fi (330 Mbps) keeps you connected for work, streaming, or video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has ceramic and stainless-steel pans, silicone utensils, espresso, drip, and pour-over coffee options, plus an outdoor grill for relaxed meals at home.
You’ll find a 55” Smart TV with basic cable and app access, a smart lock for easy self check-in, and an in-unit washer and dryer with complimentary shampoo, soap, and essentials.
Families will appreciate a highchair, kids’ plates, utensils, cups, toys, and a Pack ’n Play.
Just steps from your door, you’ll find a seasonal pool and hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, and a walkable neighborhood.
Garage extras include two bike racks (holds up to four bikes), a shop vacuum, and winter essentials for snow and ice.
We keep the home spotless and well-maintained, but occasional desert insects may wander in if doors are left open — just part of Moab life!
