Myself and another family stayed at this place for 5 days the week before Christmas. We had 12 people total, and the accommodations and space was perfect for a large party. Beds and pillows were a bit firm, so not to my liking, but others in my party slept okay. The poor rating for this is more geared towards the customer service as this house is managed by Vacasa. We checked in late the first night and tried to make breakfast in the morning and discovered the stove top would not turn on. The oven worked perfectly fine. I contacted customer service and was told how to troubleshoot the issue. We did the troubleshooting and it still didn’t work. I then discovered the two tanks of gas for the grills were also practically empty and we were only able to use that to grill for one night. I reported both of these issues multiple occasions speaking to roughly 12 different agents and all I got in response were some canned robotic statements. I never got any actual help in fixing the stove or getting gas tank replacements. They eventually gave a credit of 200 which is nothing compared to the cost of having to eat out more times due to non-working appliances and feeding 12 people. Especially when we paid thousands of dollars to stay in here and should have had working appliances. We asked for a late check out, but was denied. Somewhere with good customer service would’ve given us one to two hours more. I would not stay here again or in a property owned by Vacasa.
