Check in was easy, the rooms were nice other than the oven and stovetop were not working while we were there. Good location in walking distance from stores and some restaurants as well as the beach.

Great host, super responsive and quick. Excellent location across the street from the beach and few houses from a playground. Huge space, yard, porch area. Lovely stay overall.

Great spot!

Such a great little place in a fantastic spot a block from the beach. Great views of the skyscrapers. Convenient to shopping, too!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at the house. The location was excellent with the beach and shops just a walking distance away. The terrace had spectacular views, especially at night! I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!

The two bathrooms were so outdated and parts were rusting , the drain in tub with no stopper. One was provided that didn’t fit.Handles did not work well. The one in the shower would spin around and had to be played with to get any warm to hot water.There was very limited amount of hot water. A picture was sent to show that the hot water filled the tub about 1/4 and without a fitting stopper I took a five minute bath. My husband and I were the only ones staying there for two week vacation. I never had a hot bath to soak my sore legs at night time. I did tell Patrick but nothing was ever done about this problem.The cleaning person told us when we were moving in that the toilet was clogged but it was resolved. Again it was not and we called Patrick. He did send someone who didn’t do anything. Again we called Patrick and his response was “I paid the plumber 400.00 so send me a picture”. So we did and reminded him we paid 400.00 A Day! Once we called on a Sunday that toilet was clogged again, So Patrick responded quickly with “I’ll send someone tomorrow!”Finally a plumber resolved the problem with the toilet.The Mattresses were so soft and old, extremely uncomfortable.There were other issues such as no dishwasher but that did not bother us. We were so upset about the conditions of the bathrooms. We will never stay there again or recommend it.

The guest is totally exaggerating. We fixed the issues in the first 24-48 hs All the other things pictures were never sent the cleaning crew was there two times to help, but I guess some people are never happy with anything.

so great!

This property was so great!! It has been newly redone and looks adorable. The bathrooms were clean. There were enough dishes. The walk to the beach was easy and beautiful!! The laundry was in a good place and was free to use - the washer kept giving an error code, but could be coddled through to the end of the wash. communication was super easy and they responded quickly. Thanks for a great time!

Great place for a family of 4!

This house is in a wonderful location. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The public beach access is paved so it is easy to roll a cooler right to the beach. The kitchen is more updated and the bathrooms are dated, but you can see all that from the images. Patrick, the host, is extremely responsive. We had a small issue with a deadbolt and it was resolved super fast. If you are traveling to the area, the house has an umbrella, chairs, and a cooler which is very convenient for a family. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

My experience

Patrick was great and easy to talk to, responded quickly to my inquiries. However, the place needs to be cleaned properly (big ball of gum stuck on the wall of a bedroom), door handle of main door fell off and one of the beds was broken. We needed a late checkout (4 pm instead of 12). We were charged for that, and it's understandable. However, I think it would have been courteous for the owner to extend some kind of compensation for the poor conditions. I will say that my makeup bag leaked on the bed and made a mark on the sheets, which I promptly told the owner and offered to compensate him for, which he did not charge me. The location was great, however, I will not be staying at this property again. The price was right for me, but next time I'd be willing to spend more and be in a clean, orderly place.

Michael I’m Superhost and having a small piece of gum and the lock falling iit can happen, a lot guest slam the door when they leave. The bed was fixed ridge away, some guest let their kids jump in the bed and sooner or later they break. And we solve the problem right away. Nothing mayor happen in the unit. Check my reviews here or in Airbnb and I have many 5 stars. Have a great day.😉

Perfect

Avoid the high rises and enjoy a great condo right across the street from the beach. Walk to Publix. Very clean, and perfect. A few beach toys and chairs. Only recommendation, and it's minor, would be awesome if unit had beach towels. If you're reading this, you've found a great unit.
