This Midtown-Downtown home is the perfect location for anyone visiting or working in CDA. Less than 1 mile from Tubbs Hill and the City park. It is also less than 1 mile from Kootenai Health. Groceries are within 2 blocks and access to I-90 is also within a mile. On street parking puts you right at the front door. The 2nd Street home features granite countertops, finished oak flooring, washer and dryer, and is fully furnished with a loaded kitchen. Free Wifi.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood and only a mile from downtown and everything that has to offer. The host was very friendly and very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little home

My family and I stayed here for a few days just to hang out in CDA and had a really good time. The house was perfect for our small family and the amenities were all nice and in good working order.

This cute little cottage is truly in the heart of Coeur d Alene. It is clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very convenient to groceries and other shopping. I gave it a four instead of a five star rating because it is not a very practical or appealing property. I would not rent it again. It is exactly as pictured and described. The furniture is worn and dated. The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably but only has three dining chairs. The kitchen bar is not wide enough to hold a plate. The extra sleeping spaces beyond the six listed are impractical for use and the usable bed count is one king, one queen and one double. The downstairs shower is 32x32 inches. The upstairs bathtub/shower has permanent rust stains. The listing says street parking only. The owner allowed us to park one car off street. The driveway and garage in the pictures are for his adjacent house not the cottage you are renting and, as of this review, the driveway is occupied by a junk car. Going back to my first statement.....read the listing carefully. What you see is what you get. I have included pictures of the back yard.

Very funny. When this guest arrived, the 1971 Cadillac Elderado was complimented. A 55 year old running classic. Maybe I’ll give it a bath.

Great little downtown house!

We enjoyed this lovely little house so close to the lake and downtown. We did discover missing smoke alarms, which the host was super responsive to get taken care of. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Not clean

Nice setting/neighborhood. The house was not clean though. I’m ok with old houses, and rust on bathtubs. But dirty is something else. Our sheets were silk, and so bally! Our feet kept snagging. The mattress was higher on one side than the other, so I felt like I was sleeping on a hill. Mirror in bathroom was dirty. Rugs/floor were dirty. Bathtub was dirty. I don’t want to be rude… I think this house has lots of potential, just needs CLEANING! Great neighborhood!

Smaller older home so more affordable for the area. Kitchen and home stocked with what we needed. Clean and comfortable stay.

Great for what we needed

We are a family that spends the days exploring the area we are in. This house was great for spending the evening, regrouping and going again the next morning. The host was easy to work with and the house was as it is listed. We had a great vacation!
