With easy access to both downtown Savannah, multiple beaches, major groceries, restaurants, and everything that makes our city so charming is only a stone's throw away! Enjoy the best of Savannah while enjoying our beautiful updated Kitchen, Dartboard (pool table soon!), washer, and dryer, and fenced backyard! Pets welcome an additional pet fee!

Great location and spacious

We were in town for a family wedding. Perfect location, clean and spacious home. Fit our family comfortably. Owner was friendly and had great communication.

Experience in Savannah

For ten adults one more bathroom would have been helpful but we made it work with two. Had a great time.

Amazing

The house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great. Johelle was an excellent host. She responded quickly to inquiries. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Easiest process

Jochelle was very nice and the communication was excellent. The property was cozy and comfortable. Jochelle was very accommodating to our needs.

Great stay

Could not complain about anything having to do with this property. It was clean, spacious, and felt very homey. Jochelle is excellent, very responsive, and her and the cleaning crew were super accommodating. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown Savannah. We were able to fit 7 cars total between the driveway and street. Again, cannot complain and would highly recommend!

Comfortable and accommodating but not so clean

The host was very responsive and attentive throughout the whole stay - something we were very grateful for. The house was very accommodating for our group of 12 adults and is only 20 minutes away from Savannah’s downtown. The appliances were great in the kitchen. The only real opportunity for improvement is with the cleanliness. The cleaning company used isn’t thorough at all - there was wet-hair and soap buildup in downstairs shower, miscellaneous receipts and tags in drawers, the cutlery organizer was dirty, fans were dusty, and you could tell the bedsheets weren’t previously washed before our stay. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay at Jochelle’s place and were grateful to be able to find a place during our desired travel window.

Perfect location

This home was the perfect location for our visit of 11 adults. Located about halfway between Savannah and Tybee Beach, it was an easy drive. We utilized the Kroger just down the street for groceries. There were only 6 towels to be found located in various bedrooms, not in the closet as pictured but Jochelle was receptive and offered keys to a cupboard for more towels. We utilized the washing machine and it ended up being fine. A few of the members of our group do not get around very well so be aware that there is only 1 bedroom and the large couch on the main level, the rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor. We had to buy some plastic silverware since there were only 3 forks in the drawer but there were pots/pans available for the cooking that we did use. I'm not sure if it was my own user error, but there were no check-in or check-out directions on the VRBO site aside from the entry code/internet information, but Jochelle was quick to respond to my questions. She even provided a direct phone number for urgent needs. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would recommend this home.

The host let us check in early which was great, however the code that was given to us was not correct. When we messaged the host, we could not get ahold of them and had to contact the company in order to get ahold of the host. After about 30 minutes, the correct code was finally given to us. The listing also listed that the home had a hot tub and pool table under amenities. After walking around the home, we found that neither were true. When asking the host about this, she mentioned that it was old information and should not have been there and apologized. However, we were fairly upset because we had booked this home with the idea that there was a hot tub. The WiFi instructions were also given incorrectly. After messaging the host about this, they mentioned that the wifi password should be on the router. All items were updated after I had messaged them. Lastly, there were no check out instruction given. We cleaned as much as we could with little to no cleaning products. The host was nice and mostly responsive, but the listing was inaccurate and caused some inconveniences.
