Situated on idyllic Wilmington Island just minutes from Downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. This part of Savannah was historically a tourism destination. Charter fishing, restaurants, local shops etc make Wilmington Island a perfect landing spot for your Savannah/Tybee vacation. Get the best of both worlds with a quiet neighborhood atmosphere just steps from multiple dining and shopping spots. Park in the 2-car garage or private driveway. Walk to Lilli's, Basil's, Molly Maguire's, Cancun, Rio Bravo, or several fast-food spots. 2 major supermarkets are within a mile. Tybee Island is 10 miles away by car. The Historic District (Downtown) Savannah is 10 miles away.

*Additional $100 Pet Fee must be paid after booking if you bring a dog as optional fees are not shown at checkout on VRBO.

We had seven family members for a five night stay. Plenty of room. Clean property. Well stocked and equipped. The third floor could use a bathroom.

Thanksgiving trip

The house was able to accommodate all 11of us whether we were outside in the backyard, fixing Thanksgiving dinner or hanging out. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, etc. We hope to come and stay again.

Wonderful stay for our mini-family reunion!

Convenient location (to downtown or Tybee island) in a beautiful home where our family enjoyed everyday together. Very clean, way more space than our expectations, nice yard, plenty of parking…we talked about meeting again in this very home next time. Highly recommended by all in our party!

Perfect stay for family event in Savanna

We traveled with our family of 6 adults, 6 children, and 2 service dogs to Savannah for my youngest son's wedding and this place was perfect for all of us! It was clean, spacious, and plenty of supplies for family breakfast before heading out to various wedding functions. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Clean

Mini vacation with friends

We had a great time at this house a nice boys hang out on the 3rd floor. 15-30 minutes to everything we wanted to see which was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but super close to grocery store. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great vacation getaway with family

We had 10 adults and 1 toddler and didn’t feel like we were top of each other. The house was beautifully built, clean and decorated. We felt at home away from home. There were no issues with the house. It’s in a great location and not far from downtown.

A great property

We loved the house. Only negative is that the house is near a road with trucks going by during the week.It is very well equipped with many amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. A very pretty house. We loved our stay there.

Beach blast

The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is a ten minute walk to the grocery store and the liquor store(very important). The best part is there is a walking trail across the street that leads directly to the Savannah Country Club. We can't wait to come back here next year!

Beautiful and Clean House

This house was absolutely perfect down to every detail. Very big and comfy for 10 of us. We could have easily accommodated more people if needed. The owner was quick and very helpful with communication. We enjoyed the fire pit and it’s in a great location close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

The house was clean, large enough to accommodate entire family. I loved the loft room. The kids were able to run free and play. My only suggestion is baby gates. We went out and bought 3 to accommodate our stay.

Perfect location and house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With 11 adults it was perfect! Pictures can be deceiving but in this case the house was more than we expected. The house was absolutely beautiful. All of the rooms were perfect size and extremely comfortable. Having a kitchen and a grill, with a fenced in backyard made spending time with family enjoyable. Easy ride to downtown and the beach.

Great Vacation Spot

This house was beautiful & the owner thought of everything. The kids had the 3rd floor all to themselves. It had 2 twin, 2 fulls which one had another twin trundle bed. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you would need from an air fryer to mini waffle maker. The location was great. We were 20 mins from Tybee beach & 17 mins from River Street.

Comfortable and Convenient

This location had plenty of space and ameneties for our large group to not feel crowded or on top of each other. Convenient to groceries, Savannah, and Tybee with plenty of parking. We loved gathering around the fire pit after a long day out and about. The hot tub was well mantained and relaxing. All the basic supplies provided, just bring groceries and you're set. Would book again.
