206 Barrington Arms- OCEANFRONT and BEAUTIFUL

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this luxuriously appointed Barrington Villa. This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath offers phenomenal ocean views and is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. Enjoy a large community heated* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach.

* Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.

**WINDOW/DOOR AND RECOATING PROJECT scheduled for Barrington Arms Building tentatively scheduled for October 2026 until April 2027.

Perfect place for family vacation

This was a wonderful place for us. We have young kids so having the pool and beach so close was perfect. The condo is so comfortable and has a lovely view. Would love to stay again.

Excellent getaway

The property was exactly what was listed! Clean, beautiful, and very quiet. The only thing I would add is where the second pool was located. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable

Beautiful place! Condo is gorgeous. Great view and wonderful balcony. Was able to enjoy sitting comfortable on the balcony without being blasted by the sun. Beach is great to walk/run on or just sit to watch the waves. Definitely would return!

Lovely and restful

This was our second trip to Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes and we loved it once again! Such a great place to come and relax! Can’t wait to come next year and bring our son, daughter in law and grandson! They will LOVE it!

Beautiful condo! Great location!

This was our first time staying at Barrington Arms. The condo is high end and absolutely gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the large bathroom and shower. Nice large deck and beautiful grounds. Having an elevator and parking garage was awesome too. We highly recommend this place!

All was good. Only surprises were positive…e..g. Pool was heated. Great time of the year to visit …great outdoor weather and less people. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo far exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and nicely appointed. Communication with management company was very good. The view was spectacular! The kitchenware could be reassessed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Just Perfect!

This condo was the best one we've ever stayed in on HHI. Check in was easy (and they were able to issue a quick replacment of our parking pass when we realized we accidentally left it at home), the condo and entire property were very nice and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked, but not cluttered. Location was great - very close to good restaurants, etc. Would absolutely book again.

We Didn’t Want to Leave

Gorgeous! Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area and this Condo was in the perfect place. The grounds are beautiful. Beach access is easy and close! This condo was beautiful. Had all the amenities you would expect and more. We lived out in the balcony and watched the deer come in every evening. Inside is decorated perfectly! When we come back - this is where we want to stay.

Oh my gosh! The best of both worlds. Beach and neighborhood walking. Our room was just as expected. The views were beyond what we expected. It was a great vacation. The grounds were kept very nice in all areas of the island.

The property is very nice, located a beach bike ride from Coligny and a land bike ride from Shelter Cove Marina area. We enjoyed our view from the deck and the 2 sets of deck chairs were comfortable and a great place to read or nap. The pool area is very clean and the beach is just steps away. We rented through the Vacation Company and they were fabulous to work with: the starter packets of laundry and dishwasher soap, toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels were a nice touch. They also provided beach towels and a coupon for a discount on bike rental.

Did not disappoint

Everything about our stay was great. Condo was as described. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful vista of the beach dunes and ocean. Thankful Hurricane Idalia wasn’t worse! The only thing that could have been better would be better loungers on the balcony and for the Adirondack chairs to have been cleaned.

Such a great place

We spent 4 days at the codon and we all agreed that was a great place to stay. Balcony with ocean view, king size bad, hard floor instead carpet, nice bathroom, amazing kitchen with everything to who wants/love cook, nice frige with water disposal and ice maker, coffee machining, utensils, etc... super cleanning and everything really well keeped. Few steps from the pool, few steps from the beach, a mile from the tennis court and restaurant, etc... We defenitly will come back! Thanks a lot to the host that was pretty helpful.

Like Being at home

Well-appointed and fully furnished. Clean, updated. 135 degree view of the ocean. Great deck time looking out over the pool and fountain in the lagoon. Yes we saw an aligator and turtles too. Been to three other villas in Windsor N ,S and II. This is by far the best building (Barrington Arms). Oh, did I mention underground parking.

Great choice!

This unit is exactly as described. The location and views are exceptional. There were a few issues with the unit which the management company readily responded to or we asked them to delay until our departure. I did wash the kitchen rug as it was not clean, but other than that unit was clean.

Beautiful Oceanfront, Comfortable Stay

Beautiful oceanfront view, easy access, wonderful location in Palmetta Dunes. Communication very good! Bedroom and bathroom roomy. Kitchen had a new large refrigerator. Small appliances good with the exception of a toaster that needs replacement. No pantry space, used refrigerator for all food storage, kitchenware needs to be reaccessed. Loved having rentals through VayK Gear, bikes there upon arrival in good condition. It was a great week, we always love our stay in Hilton Head!
