例外的な2ベッドコンドミニアム-Sフォレストビーチ/ビーチまで数分/島で最高のロケーション

We appreciate all feedback however this is not an accurate or truthful review. I oversee all our cleans and personally deliver the clean laundry to the cleaners - and of course the sheets were clean. Also we have over 130 5 star reviews so i think our property and the reviews will speak for themselves. .

Thank you Henry and family! I hope you return to the island real soon! Angela

Unfortunately this is a retaliation review from a guest who upon arrival called me and said the condo was beautiful but where are the bikes located? I kindly responded that we do not provide bikes and there is nothing in our listing that states that we do. We have been sharing our condo with visitors for years and the listing is clear and concise as to what is included with the rental. He then proceeded to say in avery rude tone that it was the only reason they rented our condo but maybe he got it confused with another listing. He never contacted us again during his stay to say there were any issue with our condo. His review has been reported to VRBO for false accusations that we take very seriously as there is no mold or musty smell in our condo nor structural issues of any kind. A guest "suspecting" does not constitute evidence of any kind. In the summer with high temperatures and humidity - there most certainly can be increased condensation and humidity in the condos on the island especially if bathroom fans are not run for 30 minutes after use - which is what we highly suspect of this gentlemen and all other 3 guests. We appreciate all our guests and their feedback but we do expect the feedback to be true and accurate based on factual evidence that is supported. We strive to provide our guests with a most wonderful clean condo for their stay on the island and we are the most helpful and responsive owners to our guests during their stay!
