Your peaceful setting is only three-quarters of a mile from Old Town Bandon, with ten square blocks of local shops and restaurants along the Coquille River. Bandon’s famous beaches are within a two-mile drive, and serene hiking trails can be found just minutes away.

Old worn out property People talking in parking lot sounded like we’re in the room. Guy started up his diesel truck at six in the morning, was extremely loud. Would never recover it to anyone.

Best value in Bandon

We stayed here before and it was nice and clean, old building but completely remodeled, cute nautical style. The owner was very friendly, clearly took pride in the place. This time there was no onsite office staff, it was run remotely by Vacasa. Checking in was difficult. Every time we left or arrived, we had to use a long code and stiff deadbolt, took several tries, we got used to it. The toilet acted up a little but they supplied a plunger and that fixed it. This time we chose the place because we needed to bring our dog. The room had hardwood floors and was very clean, no sign of pets. I don’t expect a fancy hotel room at their low price, just want something clean, quiet and safe. It’s right on the highway across from Ray’s grocery. Best value that we’ve found in Bandon. We will stay there again.

Too much communication via text! Phone call to confirm identity (birth date) was unexpected. This could have been done by text or email. Not everyone has local phone coverage while on vacation.

Bandon Getaway Stay

First, let me begin by stating that the pictures are accurate but somewhat misleading. The inside of the room is very clean and there are no real complaints about the cleanliness and accessibility.This is an old court motel style of building and very small. It seemed to be in the roughest part of Bandon, although Bandon is so small and old, there aren't a lot of choices.Secondly, as for the accommodations, the shower was not powerful but there was plenty of towels and linens for one person. The temperature inside the room was disastrous. There is no air conditioning and I couldn't get the room to cool down. Bandon had unseasonable warm days while I was there, but still no excuse for the temperature. I used an available box fan and pulled outside air from the window.Thirdly, when I arrived there were some unsavory people in the parking lot, very sketchy. I was there for four nights and didn't see them again after arrival.Next, everything is within just a few miles of what there actually is in Bandon, but downtown is still a mile from this location.All in all, my stay wasn't bad. Bandon is absolutely a place to go and see. The residents and locals are great. If you want to stay downtown this is not it, but if you are driving and are venturing out and about then this is manageable.
