Please see other things to note before booking Make some memories at this lovely 2nd floor 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo. Sleeps up to 8 people, including children. Great for families who enjoy boating and the beach. Deeded beach access right across the street. New dock with boat slips, gazebo and fishing pier. (No trailer parking) Pool and river view from balcony. Only 1 mile to the world famous FloraBama bar /restaurant on extra wide multi use sidewalk. Equipped with beach chairs and beach cart, everything you need to relax. Just bring your bathing suit. 1st come 1st serve boat dock with plenty of slips.

Other things to note.
Please note Molokai Villas is undergoing an exterior restoration project with anticipated completion in May. Please be aware there will be repair of exterior siding and trim,roof replacement and repair of common areas, pressure wash and painting.

Half way to Pensacola for Blue Angels

Very clean and perfect location for a boat trip to Pensacola from Mobile. Had everything we need including pool access.

We’ve stayed with Molokai Villas for 15+ years. This was our first visit to this condo. We love chilling out at the beach with our family. It’s fun to reminisce when our girls were young…and now adults.

Amazing!

We stayed the first week of Aug. We also brought our pontoon with us. Truly was the best of both worlds; we spent some time on the beach, across the street (less than 2 min walk), and time boating around the area. The host had a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting on us. We look forward to booking this property again, next year!

Perfect little condo!

This condo perfectly housed our family of three. It was the same size as our apartment, minus a shower, so we felt right at home. The pool was beautiful and I want to come back when it is warmer so we can enjoy it more. The boat dock is right there and we got some beautiful photos of the family there at sunset. It was clean, and stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen gear, etc. We had a couple questions when we got there and the host messaged super fast every time which was really helpful. The welcome tray with a bottle of wine and some snacks was a super nice touch. Great host and great property for a small family or a few friends.

Love Molokai

We enjoyed our stay, because we love the Molokai complex, and we love Perdido Key. Working with the owner was very smooth and communication was excellent. We have stayed at many of the units and we were a little disappointed in this unit. It needs to be updated (floors, painting, decor) but it did provide everything we needed for our stay. I did not go out on the deck because the furniture was messed up and, it just looked unsafe. Just a little attention/update to this unit and we would definitely be back again. Also, I got double charged for my insurance and I cannot get anyone to contact me back to reimburse me my $59. I’ve never had this happen before.

Great place

We had a few hiccups but the property owner did there best to take care of us and the situation. Love the location, access to boat slip and pool. We enjoyed our weekend and would definitely stay again!
