Check-in after 10pm costs an additional $20 USD. The maximum number of people allowed in the apartment at any time is 4. No parties or loud noise.

Great location for a fun stay in Medellin

The apartment is well done and well equipped. The location is in the middle of it all and there is street noise so expect that. The washer and dryer and AC all worked perfectly. I felt secure during my visit. The only surprise upon arrival is that the building does not have an elevator so stairs are in your future. Even with the stairs, I would stay again.

Great stay in El Poblado

The area was right in the middle of El Poblado and La Provenza which was fantastic! The apartment was absolutely stunning and matched exactly what was posted online. My only slight issue was that the AC's didn't work well enough to cool the apartments or the bedrooms so there were a lot of sweaty nights but still better than no AC. Nonetheless, Mike the host was great, very communicative and helpful. I'd 100% recommend staying here.
