Comfortable 2 bedroom home overlooking the 1st hole of the Sierra del Ray Golf Course.

Any of the rooms that are not secured (locked), including the 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen, patio, and laundry room. Contact Vickie at 804-926-5678 for Door Entry Code upon arriving.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. When removing your trash, use the can around the corner of Front (Entry) Door. DO NOT USE NEIGHBORS TRASH CAN.
Please park in the driveway only. Do not park on the side of the road or in any vacant lots. If you need to unhitch, make sure your trailer is blocked
When you take your dog for a potty break, use a leash and clean up them. There are plastic bags in the entry closet for this purpose.

Family visit

Three family members stayed for 3 days while visiting a 4th family member who is building a home in the area. The property was cozy and suited our needs. The beds and pillows were a little below our high standards, and it could have been a little cleaner. But overall we were satisfied.

Sunny house

We didn't even make it over to the lake. We just golfed. It was great. We seen a coyote and the neighbors next door had a rattlesnake in their yard. We had a lot of fun

The property was excellent. Clean with the amenities most people want/need. The horseshoe pit was fun to have as well. It overlooks a Golf Course and in the early morning hours you can watch bunnies hopping around, a partridge family taking a stroll, and lots of lovely birds. The host, Merritt, is super cool, super friendly, and super nice. I had the pleasure of meeting him and having some awesome conversations with him! He is an amazing and very interesting guy!
