Twin Palms Villa is located in Rotonda West (Pinehurst) which is a beautiful, quiet community with well kept properties minutes from the glorious white sand beaches of Florida's gulf coast.

Supermarkets such as Walmart, Publix and Aldi are all within a few minutes along with some great restaurants catering for all tastes.

The Villa itself has a master suite with a King sized bed and en-suite shower room with twin sinks and WC. Patio doors lead directly to the solar heated pool. This room has a walk in wardrobe, lots of drawer space and a 50' flat screen HDTV with cable.

The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, lots of drawer space and is equipped with a flat screen HDTV. This bedroom also has its own patio doors leading to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with twin single beds, again with a walk in wardrobe and lots of drawer space. There is also a flat screen HDTV. A baby cot/crib is available upon request.

The family bathroom has a bathtub and shower, w.c. and sink and is adjacent to the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom is directly accessible from the pool area - ideal for a shower after a swim.

There is a large covered patio area with lighting and ceiling fans for al fresco dining with a table and six chairs. A gas powered BBQ is available for your use. Sun loungers are supplied for soaking up the Florida sunshine. The 7.5 meter by 4 meter (24 feet by 13 feet) pool is solar heated during the summer months with optional additional electric heating during the cooler winter months.

The property has an empty lot to the right side and rear. This ensures that the pool is private and not overlooked. Many birds visit the garden such as Cardinals and Woodpeckers.

The Lounge area is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater and two 2 seater sofas. There is a 60' HD flat screen smart TV. The villa is supplied with cable TV, 100 Mbps wireless internet and free local and national phone calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with American 2 door side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser and filtered cold water. An electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal, blender, toaster and filter coffee machine are included. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your use in the garage area.

The dining area seats 6 and a further set of patio doors lead from this area to the pool.

An integral 2 car garage with automatic door opener is included. There are 5 bicycles, 2 sets of golf clubs and tennis rackets available together with beach chairs and parasols.

We cannot accept bookings less than 5 days prior to arrival date.

Relaxation at its best!

What a wonderful and much needed restful vacation! We loved the private backyard with the pool. No neighbors right next door! Lovely to sit outside and listen to all the wildlife. Walking the neighborhood with very friendly neighbors was wonderful. I would go there again anytime!

Relaxing Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had a great time in the large heated pool. There are many beaches and restaurants close by. We can’t wait to come back again!

Fabulous Property

Everything about the stay was positive -- the neighborhood, the house, the pool/lanai, and contact with property management. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and ability to use the garage and garage door opener. With two females staying at the house, it felt even more secure being able to pull into the garage. I travel to the area 1-2 times per year, so I'll be keeping this as my first place to check availability.

Great Vacation Getaway

We had a wonderful in Rotonda West Florida. Chris and Ligia were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any needs we had. We loved using the swimming pool. Family vacation

We had a great stay at this villa Very clean and well stocked The heated pool was always around 95 degrees, It was one of our favorite parts. So many amazing beaches to visit in the area as well. We will be back next year :)

Great House, Great Location

We stayed in this house for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it, great location and close to all amenities. So good we've already booked again for next year. Great communication with the owner and when we contacted the management company they were there within a couple of hours. Has all the usual restaurants close by, our favourite being the Myakka River Oyster Bar in North Port. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful experience

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this property. Located in a nice neighborhood, this house comes with everything you would ever need. The pool was very clean and warm and my daughter enjoyed it very much. Beautiful public beaches are a short 20 min drive. The owners were very kind and friendly. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation home.

Amazing gem of a house!

I’ve stayed in several vacation rentals and this was by far is the best! This place was very clean, it had everything you needed for trips to the beach and the warm pool was perfect! Beaches are within a half hour drive and several good locations for food. The owners are responsive, accommodating and helpful, and maintenance is close by to assist in any house issues (we had none!). This house is truly incredible and we enjoyed every second of our stay!

Perfect villa.....

What a fantastic villa in a perfect location. Quiet enough for privacy but close enough to the beach/shops if you did want to venture out. Something we struggled to get the kids to do as they simply loved staying in the pool all day. It was truly a home from home with all the comforts and little extras. Thank you so much for sharing it with us Mark - we will definitely be back!!!

Great family getaway

Our family of five really enjoyed this villa! The owner and managers really go the extra mile to make the place welcoming, hospitable, and convenient...even to the point where there was a crib, high chair for our baby and toys for our kids! The place had everything we could ask for, it was convenient to have beach chairs and bikes to ride. The best part was the lovely covered pool. It was dreamy! The owner and local managers are really friendly and responsive as well. We hope to come back one day.

Great villa for relaxation & privacy

The villa that Mark provides is spotless clean, well stocked and maintained, leading to a carefree stay. My wife & I particularly enjoyed biking every morning. The various bikes available are newer and in excellent working order. The furnishings in the villa are of higher quality than what we've seen in others. The pool was sparkling clean and the foliage surrounding the property provides a high sense of privacy. Thank you Mark, for a great vacation.

Peaceful and relaxing

Beautiful villa set in a very peaceful secluded location. We spent most of our time around the pool which is a good size and very warm. Lots of sunshine at the time of year that we visited, the trees were not a shade issue. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and the appliances are of high standard, arguably the best that we have come across in years of renting. Nice size television with plenty of channels to choose from. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we have booked again for next year.

Just Lovely

The house was fantastic. The layout was wonderful for us. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from where my daughter and her best friends bedroom were located. They loved being able to step right into the bathroom after swimming. They loved getting ready in their own bathroom. They are 16. Our stay was wonderful and could not ask for a better location, swimming pool, and cleanliness house.

Twin Palms Villa.

Lovely property in a quiet neighbourhood. All of the residents are really friendly, always spoke when meeting. The villa is equipped with everything one might need. The pool is clean and warm, the pool area is surrounded by trees, but still gets the sun from 9 till 7and has birds and the occasional rabbit to watch. We used the mountain bikes every morning, great idea letting guests use them! There is a Walmart nearby and the nearest beach is about 12 mins away with plenty of places to eat. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely return!

Spring break

We visited the property during a very tumultuous time given the progression of the covid-19 virus. We were able to stay in the home and swim all day long. I could not get my girls out of the pool. The pool is very private with a beautiful tree line. Mark, the owner, was very prompt with his responses to any questions and very friendly. He worked with us as our travel plans changed and was very accommodating. The house felt like home and the neighborhood was very nice. We frequently took walks and even saw three turtles 🐢. We will definetly look to stay here again.

Second Stay at Pinehurst House: A Refreshing Experience

The house maintains its impeccable standards, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for guests. One of the highlights of this stay was undoubtedly the wonderful times spent at the patio and pool area. The patio provided a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment, offering beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. Whether lounging by the poolside or enjoying meals outdoors, every moment spent in this area was truly rejuvenating. The pool itself was well-maintained and inviting, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat. It was evident that the hosts take great care in ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Overall, our second stay at Pinehurst House exceeded expectations, thanks to its cleanliness and the delightful amenities it offers, particularly the inviting patio and pool. We look forward to returning for another enjoyable stay in the future. Thank you!
