3-bedroom 2 bath house with private pool. Newly painted and all new furnished (2021)! 2023 UPDATE!! NEW SCREENS IN LANAI THAT KEEP OUT NO-SEEUMS BUGS. 3 large sliding glass doors opening to lanai with heated pool provide a fabulous open entertainment area. Great pool side living with an outdoor table for four under the covered lanai and 2 lounge chairs and a comfortable couch. 20 minutes away from two beaches (Manasota Key, and Boca Grande). Close to parks, downtown Englewood, Venice, markets and shopping. Close to family-friendly and sports activities (fishing, golf courses, dolphin trips, trails); bikes on site for visitor use. Quiet, peaceful and safe location; no through traffic. For stays longer than one month, discounts are possible. This particular vacation home does not provide a safety fence for the pool and is therefore not suitable for kids under the age of 10 years. For safety reasons we do not accept bookings for kids below 10. Also, summer months (May-Aug) the home thermostat cannot be set lower then 75 (this will reduce the potential for the AC unit running continuously and seizing up). Strict no smoking/pet policy.
Amenities:
High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi, 4 Flat screen TV’s, local HD channels but NO CABLE. No landline telephone, air-conditioning throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen, and refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Bed linen, towels for bath and pool/beach. Outdoor table with chairs under lanai, loungers and gas grill. Pool heat during winter months will be set to 80 degrees; higher heat settings will require $15 a day additional charge. Early check-in (if possible), will require an additional $50 charge. Charged amount and payment will need to be paid up front (day of).
