The house worked great for our church group. We could have used a few more hand towels but otherwise it was very well stocked. I appreciated the nice shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We had a great time there!

Just what we needed

We are a group of friends who come to Charlotte every December to work at the Samaritan’s Purse Processing center. So we prefer to stay in a home so we can enjoy each other’s company. A great 5 bedroom house and central to everything. Would stay again.

Volunteer Group

Perfect location (size of house and lovely neighborhood) for our group of ten volunteering at a nonprofit in Charlotte. We really appreciated the fact that there were 5 actual bedrooms with beds as advertised and the 3 full baths. The common areas were open and perfect for our group times, particularly the large dining table. The host was immediately responsive when we had a small need that neither of us could have foreseen; she met it with grace and timeliness. Would stay here again no doubt!

Great place, just lacking communication

Host requested the final payment to be paid a week before the deadline, and then again 3 days prior to the deadline. Had to request check-in info after we were told they would be sent at 4 pm. Then received the incorrect check-in instructions for another property and had to wait for the right instructions to be sent. Check out instructions were not sent until the night before when I inquired about them specifically. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

This property was exactly as described and shown on listing. This home was impressively quiet and located in a seemingly very friendly, safe neighborhood. Check in was flawless and the on going communication with the host was very much appreciated. We were particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness and the stocking of little necessities. Each room was tastefully decorated. Being senior citizens traveling with our energetic 14 month old Labrador, we were happy to find the fenced backyard to be in good repair. This home is not pet friendly. It is pet LOVING. Dog lovers like us know the distinction. The home was much larger than the two of us needed, but we can see where it would be satisfactory for much larger family gatherings. Great value. Great stay. Highly recommended!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

the street is very quiet and back to the woods and seasonal creek. There is a small community lake a few hundred steps to the house. The neighborhood is mere minute to Carmel road. there are deer year around on the street. The neighborhood is four miles to the beautiful Lake Park (not the community park). There are free splash pad, kids playground, walk way around the lake, and a very large dog park. i highly recommend my guest to check out that area. I have another property right next to the Lake part. if you like hiking, McMullen Creek Greenway is 3 miles away from the house.
